I bought my car June 2023. That’s 8 months of owning the car. Keep in mind that this car was originally $6,200 but we negotiated the price to $5,800 because the AC was broken.
The day after I bought it, my car was jerking. For a month, I could not drive it because the transmission was out. I went to the Ford dealership to see if my vehicle had a warranty and it didn’t. Want to know how much a new transmission cost? About $4,000. So what do I do? I call HAB and tell them that my car needs a new clutch, but I can’t afford it and would like to see options about trading vehicles. I was told that my “car is automatic” like I’m the stupid one here. Finally in August, I had to get my dad—who works overtime and has to switch from day to night shifts constantly—to fix the transmission himself. This took a week due to the labor and his schedule.
Fast forward to February, I decide to finally fix the AC. Car needs a new compressor. Apparently it’s been needing one since I bought it. Mechanics usually charge about $1k to $2k for that. Guess who doesn’t have that? Me, obviously. So once again, had to get someone who barely hasn’t the time to do it. Overall, I have spent $1.5k in repairs on this car. And again—I have only had it for 8 months.
Below is from the Ford dealership. Oh, and the owner has history of replying and saying they “can’t find you in their records” so don’t believe it. I absolutely bought this car from HAB.

I was test driving the car I wanted and they called me saying someone already bought it. While I was test driving it. Completely unprofessional and very rude. Horrible business. Go somewhere else

I went to buy a car and I had a bad experience, a worker named Iris was too pushy and annoying all the time, she had a very bad attitude and forced me to make the purchase without even looking carefully at which car I would choose, we regretted it and ran out of the place. Do not hire aggressive staff

If I could give them 6 stars I would. Excellent treatment. I bought a 12 Lexus and haven't had any problems. The manager Pilar and Ana are always very friendly. I recommended them to my cousin and he also bought a 13 Toyota Camry. I recommend them to everyone!

I'm updating this review to bring the attention to watch out for these guys, I financed the truck and there was a time that I payed a big lump sum to avoid the high interest and they didn't apply it to the loan, instead what they did is apply it over time to have me stuck in the high interest loan and didn't tell me anything. be careful with these guys. I'm actually going to try to see a resource to see if I can get help with compensation.

I loved the service of this dealer, I felt confident that I was doing a good business and something that was positive for me. This place has human quality and they don't see you as just another prey to sell you a vehicle, they really care about you. Pilar has an excellent attitude, Iris is super cool and Juan Palacios has the best customer service in car sales that you can find.

The "manager" Pilar has a horrible attitude, she should not forget that THANKS TO THE CUSTOMERS SHE HAS A SALARY TO EAT AND GET AHEAD, she is a very despotic woman, rude towards the clients, she hypocritically served us, she only wants her commission $$, she doesn't care about helping the customer. After the sale is completed, the client no longer cares about helping if the cars are put on the road. Manager, if that's what you could call him. Bulgar will respond that he did not promise to help you since the cars have a problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NEGOTIATING WITH HER. IT IS FAKE, it just wants sales
