The store was not open as the website says. The store was closed today until you buy a ticket and go through the gate for the game which doesn’t start till 1 pm. A lot of people were disappointed being turned away at the door. I will it be returning to buy anything from the team store. Very disappointed!!!

obviously everybody wants to know if you have the playoff shirts. It’d be nice if either somebody would answer the phone or you’d post it on the website so people wouldn’t have to drive 50 miles to find out that you didn’t have them

The Astros Team Store is a must-visit for any Houston Astros fan! Located right at the heart of the action, it offers an extensive selection of merchandise that can satisfy even the most die-hard fan. Whether you're looking for jerseys, hats, or unique memorabilia, this store has it all.
One of the standout features of the Astros Team Store is the variety. They stock everything from classic player jerseys to the latest designs, and it’s not just limited to clothing. You can find a wide range of accessories, collectibles, and even items for your home or office. It’s easy to spend a good amount of time just browsing all the different sections.
The store itself is well-organized, making it easy to find what you’re looking for. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist if you have any questions or need help finding a specific item. Their enthusiasm for the team is infectious, and they really make the shopping experience enjoyable.
However, the reason for four stars instead of five is the pricing. While I understand that official team merchandise tends to be on the pricier side, some items felt a bit too expensive, even considering the quality. It’s hard not to feel a bit of sticker shock when you see the price tags on some of the gear. Additionally, during game days, the store can get quite crowded, which sometimes makes the shopping experience feel a bit rushed or cramped.
That said, the overall experience at the Astros Team Store is still very positive. It’s a great place to pick up gear to show your team spirit, and the wide selection means you’ll likely find something you love. Just be prepared to spend a little extra for that perfect piece of Astros swag!

Caught the Astro’s White Sox game Saturday evening, great fun; after the game my daughter wanted to stop at the Team Store. She found a t-shirt she liked, when i went to pay for it the cashier had trouble scanning the item. He requested assistance from a co-worker who informed me the price of the t-shirt was higher than the price on the tag by $5. I challenged the cashier to honor the tagged priced, he informed that he did not have the authority to override the higher price, those decisions are made above his pay grade.
I requested a supervisor who informed me that the tagged price on the T-shirt was an MSRP, which is only a suggestion. The Team Store has the right to charge what ever price they want at check out and does not have to honor the price on the tag. My response was so you can charge what ever price you want despite the price on the tag on any item in this store? She said “NO” only your stuff, this policy is completely asinine if this is the store policy they need to post it at the entrance, if its not the store policy then they owe me $5 and owe the supervisor some training. If she is correct then the store needs to post at the entrance “We have the right to not to honor the price on the tagged items”. Quite honestly, i would be surprised if this policy is even legal.
I know its only $5 but it is the principal of the matter and like the Team Store I want my $5, and i want to shed some light on the business practices at the Team Store which operates within our city. I will let my CC company deal with this one, i know as a consumer i have rights so I will be letting Wells Fargo deal with the Team Store.

In my experience, the person who assisted me was very friendly all the time, he was always attentive to my needs and in addition, you can find items such as hats, jerseys, t-shirts, jackets, t-shirts, and you can find items of various brands and prices.

Stepping into the Houston Astros Team Store was pure paradise for this die-hard Astros fan. It was like walking into a shrine of orange and blue! The shelves overflowed with officially licensed gear, from classic jerseys to trendy t-shirts. Whether you craved the latest Altuve jersey or a vintage throwback, they had it all. The best part? Knowing everything was authentic, the perfect way to represent my Astros pride. The staff's enthusiasm was great, and they were happy to answer any questions about the merchandise. If you're an Astros fan looking to gear up and show your team spirit, the Houston Astros Team Store is a must-visit. Go Astros!

Typically we spend too much, but don't mind because we love the 'Stros. I bought a SpaceCity jersey the week before Christmas at MMP and by March 1st the front lettering is peeling off. $150 and it didn't even make it to opening day, SMH!
