The hotel itself is conveniently located, making it easy to make my appointments at MD Anderson. The shuttle is a very nice addition to my stay.

“My colleagues and I visited Houston for a 5 day training. We originally booked hotel rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Houston by the Galleria (see my review). We were extremely disappointed with the Double Tree and drove over to The Whitehall immediately after reading their reviews in hopes they would have availability. John at the front desk saw the despair in our eyes and came to our rescue with five rooms with double beds for us. John was professional and extremely friendly. Throughout our stay, he remember us and greeted us with a wave and a smile. He continually checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied. Jose and James, employees at the restaurants located in the hotel were amazing! James was kind, energetic, efficient, and remembered all of our names! Jose was courteous, fun to engage with, and made amazing drinks. The food at Edgar’s Herman’s was well prepared and delicious. Our rooms were cleaned with care and all staff members we meet were always smiling. The staff made us feel like we were VIP guests. The hotel is a six minute walk from a variety of restaurants on Grey Street, a 15 minute walk from the aquarium and the Post Market Food Hall. It is easily accessible to major highways which made it really easy to get to.This hotel is not the most updated. You wont see fancy appliances or shiny fixtures in your room but staying at the Whitehall was a great experience! I promise you cannot go wrong with choosing this hotel.

“We stayed here since we had a very early flight out the next morning. Great location. Took the tram from the terminal after dropping off the car rental. Our room was typical. Clean and great bed. Everything worked in the room. Staff we interacted with was professional and friendly. Our room had a great view of the tarmac. The restaurant / bar was a good place to unwind after a hectic day. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.”

“Nice place to relax and it is 95.00 for the whole night or u can pay hourly. It has a kitchen and microwave and refrigerator to store food. You will have to bring your pots and pans. Also have a kitchen sink.”
“Definitely a five star hotel but there is no ice in the building you have to order it and it takes an hour to get to your door ??♀️ the service is amazing though everyone is so friendly! Amenities beautiful! Restaurants amazing! Because it is a five-star hotel the fridge is already full of alcohol and treats so you can’t really bring your own stuff there. All the staff are so nice! Even the people at the door will chat with you they are so friendly!”

“I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel ZaZa Memorial City the night of my wedding, and it was nothing short of amazing! Upon arrival, we were delighted to find out that we had been upgraded to the Breathless Corner Suite on the highest floor—what a fantastic surprise! The room was gorgeous, with stunning views, a super comfortable bed, and an amazing shower that we didn’t want to leave.
A special shoutout to our butler, Walter, who made our stay even more memorable. He was incredibly friendly and attentive, bringing us a thoughtful cheese and fruit platter along with chocolate-dipped strawberries—a perfect treat to celebrate our special day.
The only small downside was the valet parking, which costs $46 per night. It seems to be the only option since nearby parking decks don’t allow hotel parking. That said, the valet service was efficient, and the overall experience more than made up for it.
If you’re looking for a luxurious and romantic stay, especially for a special occasion, I can’t recommend Hotel ZaZa Memorial City enough! We’ll definitely be back.”

“The staff was amazing. Always helpful and friendly. When a hurricane hit the city and the power was gone, the hotel cooked food for everybody on a barbecue. They took very well care of all guest.
The room is good, with potential to be improved. The AC is very loud.

“Got the chance to visit and enjoy the Thompson Houston, by Hyatt for a family member’s wedding. Beautiful place and the set up of the wedding was lovely! The transition from ceremony to reception did take sometime but with the couple having a cocktail hour it did make the time pass by quicker. There is also a rooftop patio where you can enjoy the Houston Downtown skyscrapers. This area is a great photo opportunity as well. I highly recommend this place to host your wedding or an important event.”

“Our stay here was so peaceful. We wanted to getaway and relax and The St. Regis Houston was the perfect place for us. Since we arrived after dark, we had a bit of trouble finding the main entrance. I called the hotel and Amanda explained that there was some minor construction going on. She directed us to the temporary main entrance and apologized for the inconvenience. Two minutes later we arrived and were greeted by the friendly valet service. Upon approaching the front desk, Amanda recognized us and welcomed us by name. She definitely set the standard for the rest of our 2-night stay and we were never disappointed. Every staff member from the valet, front desk host, dining team, housekeepers and engineer did their part to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Thank you. ?
FYI- Amanda deserves a promotion and an enormous raise. ??

“Nice quiet location, right across the street from a few good restaurants. The staff was not perfectly mannered on our arrival, but the manager profusely apologized for this. The rooms were cute and well styled. Great toiletries and water pressure in the shower.Unfortunately, we had a water leak in our room, and some of my things were damaged, but management immediately offered to reimburse me. We were switched to another room, and which was fine.The beds were firm and not particularly my favorite, but they were tolerable.Most of the rooms had a kitchen area with pots and pans, and other basic kitchen utensils. Microwave, fridge, stovetop. The in room coffee and tea was not good.Overall, a little underwhelming”

“We stayed for 2 nights while visiting our new grandson. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean. They do allow dogs, but the $75 pet fee is quite steep. The breakfast was enjoyable and had both hot and cold choices. I wish they had a better GF selection, but the fruit and eggs were fine. The bar/food counter could use a little help as the concierge was the only one making the food/serving drinks and checking people in. We did enjoy our stay and would stay again.”

“This was our second time staying at this Comfort Suites on our way to the airport the next day. Clean and comfortable bed and pillows, powerful shower, friendly service. Breakfast was available, which was nice, but forgettable. It's a bit tricky getting to the hotel parking lot from the Beltway - you have to backtrack through a few other business parking lots to get there. But we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. “We had the greatest checkin experience with agent Treyla D, she left a lasting impression we arrived early had a red eye flight and when we arrived wasn’t expecting to checkin and Treyla went above and beyond and was able to accommodate us this was our first girls trip to Houston for our birthdays and she definitely made our trip a wonderful one keep up the great job!”
“This place is one of the better hotels we've stayed at over the years. Spacious rooms, that shower is like a pressure washer from heaven! Great staff, excellent breakfast and coffee. Parking is convenient in the garage. Park on the third floor and walk across the skyway to the lobby. Location! Location! Location! City Centre is amazing is simply amazing. If and when I have to come back to my company's headquarters, I'm staying here.
Rooms: Spacious, clean, comfortable ... and that shower! A pressure washing massage fest from Heaven!

“This is the best motel I have stayed in my whole life. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. The amenities and the room are very clean. They give you free snack, water and the room comes with fridge and microwave. It’s the cleanest motel room I have seen ever. I feel safe in this place and the room has lock to keep you safe. It comes with good breakfast. And to for the price, it is very affordable!!! Everything is worth it.
