I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel ZaZa Memorial City the night of my wedding, and it was nothing short of amazing! Upon arrival, we were delighted to find out that we had been upgraded to the Breathless Corner Suite on the highest floor—what a fantastic surprise! The room was gorgeous, with stunning views, a super comfortable bed, and an amazing shower that we didn’t want to leave.
A special shoutout to our butler, Walter, who made our stay even more memorable. He was incredibly friendly and attentive, bringing us a thoughtful cheese and fruit platter along with chocolate-dipped strawberries—a perfect treat to celebrate our special day.
The only small downside was the valet parking, which costs $46 per night. It seems to be the only option since nearby parking decks don’t allow hotel parking. That said, the valet service was efficient, and the overall experience more than made up for it.
If you’re looking for a luxurious and romantic stay, especially for a special occasion, I can’t recommend Hotel ZaZa Memorial City enough! We’ll definitely be back.

This was my first ZaZa experience and I enjoyed every moment. The front desk clerk, Sherell, was superb. Very pleasant and professional. The restaurant menu items were delicious. My favorite ZaZa pink lemondrop!! All the servers were wonderful!
A great staycation for a birthday celebration. Thank you all!!!

I recently attended a conference at Hotel ZaZa in Memorial City, and while I didn’t stay overnight, I was incredibly impressed by the experience. Hotel ZaZa is known for its chic and immaculate ambiance, and this location certainly lived up to that reputation. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of Memorial City, it offers an exclusive and private atmosphere, making it feel like a true destination.
One of the highlights of my experience was the exceptional staff. From the food service team to the AV staff and check-in personnel, everyone was attentive and proactive. They consistently anticipated our needs—whether it was replenishing snacks, refilling drinks, or making sure everything was running smoothly. I especially appreciated the all-day drink station, offering coffee, tea, and sodas, which kept us refreshed and warm during the long conference sessions.
The layout of the event space was flawless. The entire fifth floor was dedicated to the conference, with clear signage guiding us to different breakout sessions and areas. The staff ensured we knew exactly where to go from the moment we arrived, and everything was well-organized. The conference rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the breakout sessions offered an intimate setting for deeper discussions.
The outdoor patio was a real gem—offering a refreshing green space with a view of Houston, perfect for taking a break from being indoors all day. It was a thoughtful touch that made the conference feel less confined. Another feature that impressed me was the accessibility of the bathrooms, with multiple stalls designed to accommodate all guests, which is often overlooked in many venues.
If I had to suggest one area of improvement, it would be the valet service. After the conference ended, it took about 15-20 minutes for cars to be retrieved, causing a slight delay. While it didn’t diminish the overall experience, adding benches or seating in the waiting area could make it more comfortable for guests who need to wait.
As a keynote speaker and career coach, I’m always looking for venues that elevate the event experience, and Hotel ZaZa checked all the boxes. The combination of top-tier service, attention to detail, and an inspiring atmosphere makes it an ideal place for future events. If I see Hotel ZaZa hosting an event, I’ll be RSVPing without hesitation because I know the standard of excellence they bring to both attendees and speakers.

Very nice and luxurious hotel in Houston Memorial city. Room was modern and clean. The only negative comment is that bedsheets had a few holes and some dirty spots, which surprised me considering the hotel status. After leaving a tip next day, the room and bedsheets were perfect.

I loved the room we stayed in. Came here for my best friend's birthday. The amenities are great, the pool was nice, the staff was amazing. Next time in Houston, I will definitely stay here.

This was one of the outstanding hotels I've stayed at. The service and the rooms were superb. The mall was in walking distance of the hotel and there were several places to dine within 5 miles or less. Can't wait to return.
