Nice quiet location, right across the street from a few good restaurants. The staff was not perfectly mannered on our arrival, but the manager profusely apologized for this. The rooms were cute and well styled. Great toiletries and water pressure in the shower.Unfortunately, we had a water leak in our room, and some of my things were damaged, but management immediately offered to reimburse me. We were switched to another room, and which was fine.The beds were firm and not particularly my favorite, but they were tolerable.Most of the rooms had a kitchen area with pots and pans, and other basic kitchen utensils. Microwave, fridge, stovetop. The in room coffee and tea was not good.Overall, a little underwhelming

$291 dollars for a bag of laundry is extortion.It’s a nice hotel with a good room but this kind of behaviour leaves a bitter taste in the mouth.Once credited I will reconsider star rating.

This was probably my favorite hotel stay I’ve had on a business trip. Every member of the staff was incredible - extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Rooms are gorgeous, pool is fantastic, and the food is excellent! Great location too :)

Terrible experience. I’ve stayed here 3 times and each time it just gets worse. This third time will be my last. The service is terrible as is the management. For this price point, you can do much better.

Me and mom came here for the Christmas tea time and there were a lot of issues. The table they sat us at was extremely wobbly, the waitress just shoved it against the wall the stop it. The tea came out and it was barely warm. The waiter came out and started serving us the desserts first until I told him we haven’t had the savory. They came back with the savory and all the sandwiches looks like they had to of been 3 days old and all the tops where squished down.I wouldn’t pay 60$ to do this again. Not worth it.

For a very quiet dinner or business meeting it's perfect- for a date bring a very articulate partner because no one is there- outside dining is like a small Italian villa- very nice

Old world charm in the heart of the city. Attended a high tea here and really enjoyed it. The food was yummy and the ambience was really good. Defiantly worth a visit.

Rooms are clean and staff is great. Hotel rooms can use a little update but the pool area was beautiful and the bar quaint. The few meals I had at the hotel were very good, brussel sprouts and fries were excellent and I had an outstanding breakfast. Everyone who worked there was extremely friendly and James at the front desk made my stay especially nice when I needed to extend my checkout time. Can't go wrong with Hotel Granduca if you want a cute place to stay in Houston.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. But the service is what really made this hotel stand out. Every person we encountered was very friendly and helpful. There was actually plenty of self parking available, some of it covered, which was nice.
