I did not want to believe the reviews but they actually true slow and unprofessional people but now I have my car stuck there I will be trying to get out and get it done some place else big mistake ever people believe what the reviews say stay away from this dealership

Had an incredibly distressing experience after purchasing a car from this place. Just one month after buying, the car broke down and stopped right on the highway, putting my life in extreme danger. It was a nightmare scenario that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Please reconsider before making any purchase here. Safety first. I regret my decision and strongly advise against choosing this shop.

Evita Pierce is the best. She is in the service department. She handles her business as a professional and handles your business as a professional. No shade on anyone else it's just that if you're in Evita's (goes by Vee) hands it doesn't get any better than that when you need service on your vehicle. Unfortunately I have to leave this review and it really deserves a 1* but I'll be nice this time. I purchased my CPO CRV from this location so I got my first oil change here and drove 45 minutes. I pulled in and a gentleman outside told me just go inside and someone will help. I walked inside and there were a few ladies on the phones helping customers and one gentleman chillin on his cell phone elbows on a desk standing up legs crossed 4 feet from me. Whether he was on break or didn't give a rats ass about me I'm not sure but he could've at least acknowledged me as I was obviously there for something. I waited, and waited, a few employees walked by me in and out, no acknowledgement. Finally after probably 15-20 minutes someone asked me what I needed. I told him I needed an oil change and that I had an appointment and he said well you don't need an appointment for an oil change and we don't have you in our system anyways. I said that's nice to know because I made my appointment through the actual Honda maintenance reminder website and showed him my text from Gillman and also my emails. The rep tells me there's a long wait so probably 3-4 hours. I find a ride home. Get a call as soon as I get home saying your cars ready, I could've just stayed and waited. I get to the dealership to pick my car up and I let a lady know I got a call that my car was ready. She gives me a disgusted look saying well who called you. I said I'm assuming the person that eventually helped me earlier but I do not see him. And she gives me attitude looking through desks for my keys and paperwork and finds it and says the person who helped me is on lunch. That's good for him, but what's that got to do with me picking my damn car up and getting attitude?I'm ultimately leaving this review because I came to Tomball Honda instead to see how their service compares and it is light years ahead. I pulled in and a gentleman walked outside to my car and helped me out. Polite and friendly. No attitude. No wait. Didn't have to basically beg for someone to help me. Gave me a proper ETA for my service. Sad to say I won't ever come back to Gillman for anything again because their service sucks. These reviews are all legit. Listen to them. Don't pay for crappy service.

The Service Manager (Ralph G.) went above and beyond to get my service issue resolved! He made sure the repair process went smoothly. Excellent communication, super nice and helpful and listened to all I said He made sure I was 100% satisfied with the repair his customer service skills! This is the best Honda dealership around thanks to Ralph. Give him a raise! Thanks Ralph for all your help. Really appreciate it!!

I was terrified to take my car here after I read the comments and reviews. However I was very pleasantly surprised about the service I received and how efficient and prompt the Service Advisor was. His name is Glenn and he was AWESOME!!! He went over everything regarding my car service and called me to provide updates on my service while I was at work. I also got a courtesy ride to work and the young man was pleasant and professional. It's nice to go to a dealership as a woman and being treated fairly and explaining what the service is being done, cost and any other future expenses for your vehicle. In all I hope Glenn is there to stay at this dealership to continue to provide great customer service and support the other team members. I'm looking forward to my next service for new tires and alignment for my car. I will bring my car in and won't need to feel like I'm not being treated fairly or honestly Thank you I appreciate the customer service, professionalism and being an ethical dealership.

Very unprofessional people in service . Whenever you go for change oil their answer sorry I can’t help then move to next person same answer . Then what for we come here . If you have no proper system to help you customers . Will never recommend to any person to visit this dealership. They are all just chilling , laughing, moving around . They don’t care about customers waiting and looking at their face for help. ???

Thomas Coronado is the best salesman. He doesn't pressure you and he listens. My previous appt with another salesperson didn't go so well due to them no-showing, but Thomas made up for that. I will definitely come back to work with him specifically for my son's vehicle.Let me also add, he drove the vehicle to my home so I wouldn't have to wait for my husband to get home to take me back for pickup. A real genuine nice guy.

My honda link app sent a notification for safety recall on seatbelt so i did the recall service appointment.i was told we don’t have estimate but will be ready before 7:00 pm the associate asked the service rep how long will it take he relied he has 2 cars ahead .. well I couldn’t wait there as i have to work i asked them uber they said they only do 10 miles so i decided to find a 10 mile location to dropff from where i took uber , all day I didn’t receive any status or updates on my car service not even a call text or email,i called them after 6 hrs they said sorry we don’t have a part for safety recall so if they don’t have parts for safety recall why they ask to leave the car as i have to work tomorrow i told them i need my car back I don’t want to do service the agent on phone replied sorry we about to close even though its 6:20 still 40 min before service lobby close .. very disappointing gillman will never ever buy car or service from your location ??

Donald the service manager was able to help me reset my radio!!!And I didn’t get the receptionist name, but she was awesome and sending me to Donald. I highly recommend this dealership.
