I have never spoken to a company more exasperated to have a potential customer call to inquire about visiting a showroom. Didn’t bother; there are plenty of places with high end products who want to sell them.

This place is awesome, the owners actually help you find what you are looking for and know their merchandise well. They actually know what the hell they are talking about when it comes to the products they sell and if it will help you get the job done you need to get done. Very friendly, respectful, courteous and welcoming. I love this place.

We bought all the hardware for our remodel from Hollywood hardware. Despite our spending tens of thousands of dollars with them, they made it clear they couldn't care less if we were happy with what we bought. In particular, we bought a reverse osmosis system from them. The water flow is clearly less than it should be. The manufacturer says we have to go back to Hollywood for warranty service. Jack at Hollywood, however, won't even respond to calls or emails. Jack and Hollywood clearly couldn't care less that we are not getting what we paid for.

Hollywood Builder's Hardware was not helpful when we built our home. First of all, they were impatient. We took our teenage sons to chose their bathroom hardware and when they enjoyed looking around and we needed more than 30 minutes, the salesperson was irritated. Answering questions was a nuisance as well. - Today, we have a problem with the hardware of the exterior doors. They sold us satin nickel finish from Baldwin, not explaining that it comes in two qualities. The regular 'satin nickel finish' they sold to us has a 1 year warranty and is peeling off after 5 years. The 'satin nickel lifetime quality' was never offered to us. The warranty for the lifetime finish lasts as long as you own your home. It is highly resistant to weather and normal wear and tear. - I learned this by contacting Baldwin - Ed, the very helpful technician, explained everything. - The salesperson at Hollywood Builders Hardware never mentioned any of this to us.
