The apartments are very comfortable, both closets have ENOUGH space, the bathrooms are very spacious and have good lighting, something I like is that if I have a problem with a light bulb or the dishwasher, the maintenance team comes to solve it the next day or even They change it again if that is the case, another thing is that if you have any questions or inconveniences, the manager, Mrs. Blanca, helps you and is always very kind. The times that I have gone for something, she always answers it in the best way and He never makes faces at you or responds rudely so I can only say that I love them!

Really nice and well-kept property; had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Blanca ,she made sure that all our questions were answered, and provided an amazing customer service. She was very nice, and very thorough with all the information that we needed.Any maintence that I needed fixing , it would be worked on right away. I really do feel comfortable and welcome here at Hollister Oaks.

I love living in this place, it is very welcoming and quiet, what I like most is that it is a very clean place thanks to Denovan when we have a problem in our apartment he comes immediately and Mrs. Blanca is a very good person she is very kind and nice person.

I absolutely love it here!!! The maintenance supervisor Donovan is the best. He takes amazing care of the apartments. I see him working tirelessly to make sure the apartments are in great condition. I’ve never seen apartments cared for like this. Donovan is very kind and sweet. He takes pride in this community. I’m very happy to be living here.

Donovan is still amazing however I am updating my review to reflect the lies and deception of the community manager Blanca Gloria. She is a fraud of the worse kind; using God as a basis for her lies and sneakiness. Blanca lies about the community owners, her new regional supervisor and anyone else when she doesn’t want to accept responsibility for her actions. She lied and told us if we paid a certain amount by a certain date that the eviction would be canceled. All lies!!! Then came back and said her regional supervisor didn’t want to work with us anymore. Weeks later she filed a writ claiming that her new regional made her do it. Blanca then told me to apply for a one bedroom in my name and would make sure I got approved. I wasted $50 to get approved, get a move in date and amount only to be told days later that I was denied. Blanca never explained what happened and stopped responding to me. She’s a coward and a fraud. Do not believe the talk about God from her because true Christians don’t cheat people out of money nor lie to their faces. She even claimed one time that she could be trusted and she doesn’t lie. I told her that if she did, she was putting her witness at risk. And that’s exactly what she did. I hope her regional supervisor sees this and contacts me for more info. I have receipts of rent paid and text messages to back up what a liar and fraud Blanca is.

I've been living here 6 months now and I really enjoy it. I have never been anywhere that the maintenance is so prompt and helpful. More than that I feel like they really look out for my husband and I. Donovan is wonderful and does everything he can to make this a safe, clean, friendly place to live. Mrs.Blanca is a wonderful lady as well and she keeps things running smoothly. The complex itself needs a few repairs (the gate breaks sometimes), but overall I couldn't ask for a better spot to be, especially at the price point in this neighborhood.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the maintenance, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. From the moment he arrived at the apt , I could tell that he was a true professional who takes pride in his work.
Throughout the maintenance process, he demonstrated an incredible level of skill and expertise. He meticulously assessed the situation, thoroughly explaining the necessary repairs and outlining the steps involved. I was impressed by his deep knowledge of the equipment and his ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
What truly stood out to me was his attention to detail. He left no stone unturned, carefully inspecting every component and ensuring that everything was in optimal condition. His commitment to quality was evident in every task he performed.
Not only was he technically proficient, but he also had excellent communication skills. He did patiently answered all my questions and provided valuable advice on how to maintain the equipment properly(washer machine). His friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free.
Furthermore, he consistently arrived on time, well-prepared with the necessary tools and equipment. His professionalism and reliability were truly commendable. Thanks bro.
