Never go here. There are cockroaches here, as shown in the picture. Also, even though you have already reported the damaged items, they will later take responsibility for the damage at their own discretion. I filed an official report here with the DSHS - Texas Health Department, and I hired a lawyer to get back the $150 they charged me. It may cost 20 times more, but I will correct their mistake exactly.

I come to Houston often and this is my go-to hotel. The staff is amazing, rooms are always clean and the beds are super comfortable. Their price is very reasonable. :)
