BEWARE, this place will make you never fly United Airlines again, I know I won’t. Apparently, United uses this hotel as their personnel hotel for training and you will be surrounded by 200 trainees, most of which are rude and think they own the hotel. Getting in the restaurant, starbucks, or on/off the 6 elevators in the morning and afternoon is next to impossible, better off taking the stairs, so don’t stay on the 16th floor.

There was not enough light in the room.Cheryl, at the front desk, was very friendly, (blessed & highly favored) and helpful. She's a great asset to Hilton!Rooms: Too dark.

I stay here frequently when I am in town for work. The service is excellent. The front desk is always friendly and accommodating as well as the bartenders, particularly Jesse and another man I don't know by name who work at the Lobby Bar. They remember my face and drink which goes a long way with guests. This morning, I couldn't get the guest printer to print, so I asked the front desk, and James tried to help me. He offered to print it for me in his office since we weren't having luck getting it to work, apologized for the inconvenience, and he referred to me by name as I left the hotel. The little things make a big difference when traveling away from home. My room is always clean and comfortable. This is the only place I will stay in Houston! Thank you for the exceptional service always.

Location was not bad for the event I was attending. Rooms were clean. Front desk staff was friendly however bar and restaurant were not. You cannot even get a cocktail at lunchtime. The on site restaurant made me feel like I was bother even eating there. The Flatbread pizza was the largest fliffiest Flatbread ever! It was actually just a real pizza that wasn't fully cooked. On site Starbucks was never open. Would not stay here again.

Sadly, this hotel didnt meet our expectation as a full service Hilton. As a diamond member, fd didnt acknowledge us, disengaged and seemed to be rushing us in the check in process even when there was nobody else behind us. We had 4 luggages and 2 carry ons but a bell service was never offered. Our room was nice and clean but this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Any eatery or shop would be at least about 20 minutes away and considering that we had no car, it was inconvenient. We were able to get a shuttle to the airport but just a side note they also stop by to pick up from other properties. So even though the airport is only 10 min away, allow yourself an extra 20 min to get on an earlier shuttle schedule.

Let me start off by saying I love Hilton. I am an Honors member and I typically have a good experience. Leaving a bad review is not something I like to do, but if we do not leave these reviews then they will not improve. The room i stayed in was grimy and outdated. The shower had no hot water. I let the staff know and they blew me off. Other guests complained as well.

Great service, clean and spacious rooms (while a bit tired), kind and speedy front desk team. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options. Very convenient to have a well stocked grab n go and Starbucks right on location.

I don't recommend this place if you fly in without transportation. There's NOTHING near it. They don't have breakfast (just a starbucks and some snacks to purchase).Having said that, it's a really pretty, upscale hotel with some really nice rooms. I would definitely stay here again! It's very quiet, and I really liked the spacious shower. I think the bathroom floors are heated, it's amazing.Rooms: Very spacious accommodations! Two tvs, numerous usb ports, lots of counter spaceSafety: It's not in a really good area of town, so probably don't walk around, especially at night.Walkability: There is no walkability. There nothing nearby.

Shower had water all over the floor when we checked into our room and tried to address the issue with the front desk to determine the source of the problem, we were informed that we’d have to speak to the Mgr in the morning.Food & drinks: I went down to the Restaurant for lunch and was informed that it was 10 minutes before their closing time and would have to order to go. I ordered a hamburger and when a waiter came to give me the plastic back to go, he placed the bag on the table with his left hand as he scratched his testicles with his right hand.

This is an old style Hilton. Large rooms, convenient location, attentive staff.
