The spot I checked out a few days back had this crazy vibe, felt like I was in India with all the Indo-Pak stores and restaurants that only. We grabbed dinner at Tempura too!

Very very well lit at night.. On site security.. Sketchy pay off Houston but I felt safe

Great variety of stores! Grocery stores, restaurants, family owned businesses, etc. Plenty of parking available and good amount of street lights for the night.
