Until today I have been applying for more than 3 weeks and I see poor management of the office for new tenants and even knowing that it is the beginning of the school year they don't care at all, they don't understand the office phone number, they should be more efficient

I want to express my appreciation for Highland Meadow Village and highlight the exceptional work of the management team. Natalie is an amazing Community Manager. She is firm and decisive, ensuring the complex runs smoothly and maintains zero tolerance for nonsense. Before she took over, I used to have kids kicking my door and running away, but I haven’t had any issues since she’s been in charge. I complained about noise from my neighbors once, and my guess is she handled it real quick, as I never heard noise ever again. Additionally, she even hired security for the pool to ensure that no children are there without an adult. Whenever I put in a request for a repair, she opens it immediately, demonstrating her attentiveness and dedication to her job. Ana is also incredibly sweet and respectful, adding to the positive atmosphere.
I truly feel safe here. Jose is also outstanding at addressing my maintenance requests. Whenever I report any issues, they are fixed incredibly fast. He is super sweet and caring, always ensuring everything is in perfect order.
My only negative comment is that the pool and gym aren’t open on the weekends or past 5:30pm on Weekdays, which is something I wish could change.
Thank you all for making my living experience at Highland Meadow Village so enjoyable.

I love my apartment. The girls are very nice, they always help me with everything. Natalie is an excellent manager. Jose is a great guy. He does good work.

She's inspected my apt twice and every single time she's came to my apt her suggestion have been helpful . Anais a sweetheart and the maintenance Jose is great. Highly recommend

I’m going on 3 years living here I can honestly say best apartments by far Abby is a really nice lady very professional and Jose the maintenance guy knows what his doing I can count on him for any repairs thanks for having great customer service?

I was going to move here but I can’t move my kids in apartments looking like that the apartment was not clean well roaches falling off the wall the toilet was nasty it look like it haven’t been cleaned in months black paint marks on the floor , the carpet had dead roaches sit on it The refrigerator was not clean. Marker scribble scrabble on the counter I asked The leasing agency did they clean that apartment she said yes what more do I need them to clean? I immediately told my mom that I was not moving there. I will find some where else to stay I will never come stay here I never answer the phone I mean my whole experience was bad now me and kids out of a place to stay this is very stressful and sad

Hello I’ve been a resident for a few years here at Highland Meadow Village the office staff and maintenance are great, when there’s things need to be done they get it done . What a great place to live come join us.
