Been taking my jeans for the last 2 months n had to take 4 times back my jeans because they didn't do them the way I wanted to then twice told me they'll be ready by certain day and the Hispanic guy in the front told me they weren't ready to come back the next day them today the same but this time I went at 330pm n he told me that they weren't ready to come back at 5 they need to mange their business the right way I wouldn't recommend this place unprofessional service the worse...DO NOT COME HERE

Been coming here for years! More then a decade first time they messed up they didn’t put one of my jeans back when I picked up and they got “lost” they reimbursed me for it kept going then the second time recently I threw some starched jeans on and my girlfriend noticed a big hole by my back right pocket more like a rip and they said their not responsible didn’t wanna at least sow it back for free and admitted that it was them claims after starching jeans so much they rip? Like I been coming here for years and never have I had this issue but o well they lost a great customer I would bring my entire closet sometimes

I used to come here for many years now service , alterations are horrible. I went to get my dress hemmed .. it was not done! The owner argue with me saying it was , after I showed him the dress was still obviously not hemmed than he said let me find out.. then proceeded to tell me if they do it again I would have to pay.. I will never come back again.

Worst cleaners in the area!!We had a big event and took my sons outfit just to get it iron, they we’re supposed to have it ready the next morning and they didn’t.The guy sitting in the front didn’t care that I begged him to just give me back my clothes he kept saying it would be ready Saturday when the event was Saturday at noon.I went back Saturday at 7 am then he said 10 am went back and he said 4 pm!!I had to go buy an extra outfit!

I have been using this cleansers for years and I have never had a problem with my clothes. I have tried to use other cleaning services that are closer to my house. But I could never find one that is as prompt, professional, and affordable as Hight Star. I drive 30 minutes each trip just to use this cleansers even though there are 50 or more cleaners nearby my neighborhood I can't imagine going anywhere else but High Star cleansers.

Overpriced. She charges you more than what she initially agrees on when you drop off the clothes. Also, she is charging random additional fees on top of taxes that she claims the government is charging the business so therefore she must charge this to the customers. Clothes stained. Terrible customer service. She denied me my receipts. Never wrote reviews but this one is necessary.

Everything went great 1st time after returning some older lady assuming the owner pure ATTITUDE giving me excessive days for return. Never had a problem with the older guy but very Poor customer service. Time to find someone else to take my business

DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CLOTHES!! BELIEVE ME!! I’ve never posted a review for any business because I’ve never had such a bad experience as I did here. They don’t take off the stains, they actually make your clothes fade horribly!!
