Dishonest company. Listed a table we bought from them as having a concrete top, with material being concrete... when we received the table, the material was actually wood covered with laminate. Absolutely shocking how misleading the advertising of this item was on their website. We sent the item back as soon as we received it. They should be ashamed of themselves to deal with dishonest suppliers.

Quality products, friendly service, and excellent displays that are how we would actually set up a home, as opposed to feeling like we are browsing a warehouse. I have bought several items there and have been impressed.

The Ahmet wall piece adds a nice touch to a wall, but not worth the price shown $323.40, and it should be lowered. The gold pieces came scarred with multiple indentations on them, and one piece had a black smut mark on it. The gold color on one piece was lighter, and darker on the other piece, they were returned for another set. Customer service was great in trying to assist, but when I received the updated order, it had the same gold color variation issues on the pieces which was very frustrating. If the vendor in contract with High Fashion Home cannot rectify issues such as this properly, then High Fashion Home should not be working with them...not worth it.

Love their tent sale - bought a whole bedroom set and chairs for our bar room, service was excellent they put everything together band took our old stuff to give to others who needed it. They made sure nothing got wet even though it was raining that day. Overall, we are very satisfied with the shopping experience, delivery and customer service by high fashion home.

Purchased round concrete dining table and six chairs during tent sale. Great quality and exceptional value. Staff were helpful and allowed us to browse uninterrupted. Delivery was smooth and without any hiccups. I highly recommend this establishment!

Best customer service ever! Debbie is the best. She goes above and beyond to help clients set deliveries of their furniture and she manages the orders so everything is set and ready to go. And there is no confusion. Getting her on the phone is easy, and she responds via email in few minutes. Best customer service. Oh, and furniture is beautiful too.

I went to the store to purchase chairs. A store associate told me I could call them back to purchase them over the phone. When I called, they increased the price by $1,000! They explanation was that they were raising costs. They would not honor the price as advertised in the store. I even had a photo of the original price.When I spoke to the manager, he was very rude, and did not care. Shockingly bad customer service! I feel like they were trying to scam me.

I furnished my entire house using High fashion. The staff, especially Jennie and the store manager for the houston location were incredibly helpful, incredibly professional, the delivery team was amazing and i couldn't be happier about the entire experience. I will highly recommend them

The cons::: Horrible customer service especially for the price and lack of communication on furniture arrival I have waited for 5 months after being told a few weeks.....NEVER AGAIN I called then I was told they left a vmail #NOT and email never received! Dislike nonchalant tone of the white male famine voice that answers customer service!!!!!! ::Not all items come with free delivery. It's kinda random.:: Long wait time on orders - it could take weeks.:: Some of the quality of stuff is kinda cheap. Take a look at items on the top floor (clearance/sale room) and see what items don't hold up too well (chipping, cracks, tears):: Staff isn't too helpful or concerned and they are in service. I've shopped there 3+ times in the last 6 months and never once was I approached by a staff person not sure if its because I am African American or look young to be assisted on so I am DONE.Great SHOWROOM but not worth this hassle and lack of kindness. I have reported to corporate for customer service training for all staff ASAP!!!Love my mirrors but AVOID...
