Ok so this is an upscale way over priced resell shop for furniture. My experience trying to sell items here could not have been more difficult. Went in with two small pieces of furniture that I could hold in each hand. I was told I need to take pictures and email them in for approval. Ok no problem but there was three employees behind the counter with no customers in store. I emailed the photos. Two days later I get a call letting me know I needed to set up an appointment to bring them in. Now let me remind you I can carry these two small items in each hand and there is hardly anyone ever in this place. They wanted me to make an appointment a week out. This is not a Dr office. I just found this process ridiculous and disrespectful towards my time. Without people like me wanting to sell items in this resale shop it would not exist. Joni thank you for your kind response. However, I have been in there several times in the last three months and I'm kind of confused when you state you have massive amounts of furniture coming in and going. I have seen the same furniture in there for the last three months without hardly any updates so I'm a little confused with that statement but I do wish that you would respect how busy people are and when people come in with handheld items that are in perfect shape and there's three employees behind the counter, not doing anything and there's no one in the store that you could alter your process or procedure, and accommodate your customers in a more friendlier manner

This is a very nice establishment with high quality merchandise at reasonable prices. Heather was very professional, helpful, and respectful as she helped me find a new recliner for myself at home. Thanks again Heather! FM Chandler

It was very nice looking and clean, however, it was overpriced for what they had. Not a lot of things were truly antiques, mostly what looked like overpriced ugly furniture. Not one person approached me to ask if I was looking for something particular. Give them kudos for it not looking like a flea market.

I've had success buying and selling furniture at this consignment shop. Frankly, I think their cut is a bit high on consignments. The same could be said for their rates on furniture pick up. Overall, it's a niche market, so you've got to take the good with the bad.

Frustrating Consignment Experience - Would Not RecommendMy experience consigning furniture with Hidden Treasures left me thoroughly frustrated and disappointed. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a nightmare of unfulfilled promises and unprofessional behavior.Initially, I chose to consign my furniture with them because I believed they would handle the process efficiently and professionally. However, my expectations were shattered from the start.Firstly, they assured me that my furniture would sell quickly, citing their extensive customer base and marketing efforts. Months passed, and my items remained unsold, despite their initial promises of a swift turnaround. The lack of transparency and communication regarding the status of my consigned pieces was concerning. When I inquired about the progress, I received vague and unhelpful responses from the store's staff. It seemed like they were more interested in signing new consignment contracts than in fulfilling their commitments to existing consignors. To make matters worse, when my furniture finally sold, the payout was significantly lower than what I had been led to expect. The store's commission fees were exorbitant, and their explanation for the deductions left me feeling cheated.Attempting to address these issues with them only added to my frustration. They were unresponsive to my concerns, dismissive of my questions, and seemed uninterested in resolving the problems they had caused. In conclusion, my experience consigning furniture with Hidden Treasures was marked by unfulfilled promises, poor communication, and a lack of professionalism. I would strongly advise anyone considering consigning with this store to explore other options that value transparency, fair compensation, and respectful customer service. My hope is that by sharing my experience, others can avoid the disappointment and frustration I endured.

Went to find a simple bookshelf and found exactly what we were looking for. Staff was welcoming and friendly, immediately offered help and walked us through the store to show us what they had. Prices were a little higher than expected but so was the quality and condition of the furniture. Most pieces looked brand new, solid wood and high quality furniture. Some had signs of wear or minor damage but were priced accordingly. They also agreed to a small discount because I paid with cash, and probably would also negotiate on price for visible wear or damage, if applicable.
