Gave me a broken car, they towed it and scammed me out of 600, I didn’t even get to use the vehicle. Said it was for the tow. The tow wasn’t even 5 miles from the air port. For a week to wait for a district manager to come into the office and they still haven’t let speak directly to him. Do not rent here, they are scamming .this is ridiculous.

Go literally anywhere else for your rental car needs. This place will tack on random fees without telling you or giving any explanation. They also said that they would charge a $200 deposit to my credit card and when I checked my statement and they charged $680 with no authorization for that amount what so ever. This place is a total scam but you live and you learn. I am officially an Enterprise customer for life thanks to Hertz.

Worst service ever. They didn’t have the suv I reserved a month ago. The girl that works there told me “ yes you reserved an suv but I don’t have it… can’t do anything about that.. rent a sedn”.. I told her my husband had back surgery and can’t get in a sedan. She said “ you but still can’t do anything about it “…I asked her to check if maybe another hertz location have an suv and she said I could go around but probably won’t find .. I can go around?? Could she care enough to call other stores and ask??And the whole time she was annoyed with me because I kept asking for an suv and didn’t take the sedan. What a horrible service. Irresponsible people.. I had to take an Uber to the airport to rent an suv. I waisted time and money

Extremely unprofessional! Customer service training is necessary for the young lady that works at Hertz. She was rude and not helpful at all.

Went to get my reservation and a guy in the office said they'll be right there. I waited 15 minutes for another guy to tell me they don't have any cars. The guy in office could have told me this.What a waste of time.I booked my rental reservation through Expedia and they basically said I was screwed because it was a third party.I will never rent a car from hertz because their insurance is too much. Expedia is $10 a day.I hope Expedia excludes them from their search engine.

Had reservations, Uber'ed for over an hour to come to find out she gave the car away according to her 10 minutes before I got there. Her attitude and lack of professionalism was beyond. Truly disappointed, do not recommend

I rented a CRV in December but I delivered it 1 day before it is waiting and my husband to be able to deliver the vehicle when a chubby Latino worker arrived he got out of another car and ran to where it is parked looking out the window as if the car was dirty I don't know He noticed that I was in the driver's seat and rolled down the back window. He didn't even apologize for what happened. I don't know what his problem was or his reason why he did it, but I felt discriminated against because I was Latina.
