I placed my order online but when I got to the store the car wasn't ready yet and I had to wait for about an hour or so. I don't speak English but Syed and all the staff still provided me with a very professional service. Thank you so much.

I've had positive experiences with Greg and the overall staff. They are professional, efficient, and provide good customer service. While the location might not offer a wide range of car options, I've never encountered any issues with rentals. It's advisable to call a day before to confirm your preferred car type, and they are responsive in guiding you on the best time to pick it up. The location is conveniently situated for ease of access. Four starts only due to lack of inventory/ car selections.

The car was clean and ready when I picked it up. The return was easy and quick. Overall, it was a smooth rental experience. Ayed was helpful. Thanks. The only minor issue was that the car gas tank was 67% full. It is easy to pickup and return with a full tank, not with a partial filled tank with a similar percentage full.

Last August, I had a fantastic experience at Hertz Rental Car in Houston, all thanks to Blackmon Ricky. From the moment I walked in, Blackmon made me feel welcome and went out of his way to help me.I needed to extend my car rental, and Blackmon was a lifesaver. He was really good at his job and made sure everything went smoothly. Even when things got a bit confusing, Blackmon handled it like a pro.What impressed me the most was how he didn't just do his job but went above and beyond to solve any problems that came up. He was patient and really cared about making sure I was happy.Life got busy after my rental, but I found Blackmon's business card recently and remembered I promised to write a review. I'm the cop from New Jersey who rented a Dodge Challenger but had issues with the old Tesla paperwork. Not sure if he'll remember me.Even though some time has passed, I can't forget how great Blackmon was. He made a potentially stressful situation easy and positive. I'm here to keep my promise and say thanks for the awesome service.In a world where good customer service is hard to find, Blackmon Ricky at Hertz Rental Car stands out. He's professional, dedicated, and really cares about making customers happy. I highly recommend Hertz Rental Car, especially because of Blackmon Ricky, who positively added to my experience in Houston.

This place was horrible. Terrible communication among staff. I dropped off the car at the place that did the work on my car, which they told me I could do. They ended up charging me for a late return. Do not recommend this location.

One of the worst experiences, Syed was very rude and didn’t honor the booking. I booked for my father online and paid for booking and insurance. Upon arrival Syed said we don’t the booking and made us pay double the amount plus extra for insurance so my payment was tripled. We had no other option as we had to travel immediately. I don’t recommend them and they should close the business. It’s pretty much fraud as they know people don’t have time to make another booking elsewhere.

Reserved a car, when I got there, the reserved car was unavailable.Since I couldn't go to another rental, I accepted the offered car which was almost double the price.When we were checking the car before I leave it, the trainee manager informed that there was a 2-hour grace period. I returned the car 1 hour after the contracted period (counting on the grace period), but for my unpleasant surprise, they charged me the addicional time.I tried to solve this with the trainee manager, who informed that it was easy, but that I had to call the corporate, after calling there twice, I couldn't solve it, they charged 50% more because they can't keep their word. I mean, I was induced to return it later and was charged much more because of it.By far the worst rental experience I had in several countries. I still believe that it all happen because they knew I was returning to my country and wouldn't be able to solve it while I was in the US, which make the situation even worse.

One thing that I did well this time is that I called the day before to confirm they were aware of my rental and had cars available. Mr. Syed is the person who answered the phone and said he was going to do some research. He called me back later in the day to confirm that there was a car for me.The next morning the car I was expecting was not available, so Mr. Syed upgraded me to a nicer car. He took care of me, so I am planning to go back and rent from this location.Over the years I have experienced some of the worst customer service from Hertz employees. I think their standards have suffered greatly in the last years. However, Mr. Syed really shone for his top notch customer service, He caused a positive impression for me to continue renting from Hertz.

They don't care about you. There's no phone to call, no one to help. I went there for the reservation and was confirmed by the 800 number, I left without my pocket $50 Uber to another place. Rick at the front desk was the worst. Lots of wrong doing to confuse you. Night mare. Go to some place else.

Sam and another employee here are extremely unprofessional and rude. They called me at 4:00 pm on a Friday to tell me there were no cars available. I booked my reservation 2 weeks in advance. Do not book this location for pick up through Expedia. They will NOT honor the price you reserved and will bump you off the reservation list unless you agree to pay substantially more. They are Con artist

Sam at this Hertz location needs not just a new job, but maybe to be sent back to primary school to understand the basic fundamentals of manners. So rude, unintelligent and unorganized and completely ruined our vacation. We are presidents circle and that means nothing to us anymore because we are never using hertz again!

I booked a car here 3 weeks out from when I needed it (in part because it was the cheapest pickup location). Day of rental, I haven't received any word from the location. I called 30 minutes before my rental pickup and the employee (who was very nice) told me they had to cancel 12+ reservations from this location that day and they were going to cancel mine too because they don't have any cars.I have no problem with the employees here because they were nice, but what point was it to reserve a vehicle if they don't actually have any? I was a Hertz Gold Member and traveled often for work before the pandemic and I never worried about having a car at pickup before.I'm sure pandemic travel has not been easy to plan but don't expect a car if you book here!
