I wish I could put cero starts seriously I bought a engagement ring, and I'm really upset because this guys told me we are going to text you when the ring is ready they didn't call me and I didn't received the text from them it took more time than the time they said also the manager told me I have 30 days after I pick up the ring to see if I want to return it or exchange it. I called like 3 times and they told me the same things I have 30 days and when my wife and I went on the store they told me I have 30 days from the purchase I was like...they told me 30 days and the lady not, and show me a receipt 30 days feom the purchase. They should told me that feom the beginning.
I'm advise don't buy a ring here they lie so you can keep the rings or yewerly

As always I was taken extremely well care of. I was promised that the items turned in to the cleaned and polished for fathers day would be ready and they were. The added insurance is worth every cent. This is the 2nd cleaning and as always my jewelry and diamonds look great. Good as brand new.

We tried a few different styles with Keith’s help as well and found the one! I love what we picked and the customer service they provided to us. We will be back for the wedding bands.

Had a great experience at this location looking for a wedding ring enhancers. Trinh Nguyen Helped me in December to find the right piece. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Wasn't ready to pull the trigger at that time but since I had a great experience I ended up coming back and purchasing 2 months later for Valentine's Day. Very happy with my purchase and experience.

Bought my wedding set here in 2014 and 10 years later the prong broke and my dimond fell out. They sent it off to have the dimond replaced and the ring repaired. We found my diamond a few days later and they were able to repair the ring. I am so greatful for the staff they were so kind and helpful.

A wonderful experience start to finish. I was helped immediately by a fantastic Associate named Erik. He was patient, we went through every option, he took his time answering all of my questions. The staff was exceptional, very kind. They really go out of their way to give you a personalized and stress free experience. I left with a piece I never thought I'd be able to own. Go see these guys. I have been a part of the Helzberg family from the beginning of my engagement. My husband and I both got our wedding rings from here, as well as the upgraded ring for a recent anniversary. This location is by far the best, in particular because of the amazing customer service we received from Dustin! He has always been so kind, helpful, and just an all around pleasant guy to talk to. I can't say enough good things about him and his team!
