Horrible ... they over-torqued the bolts to my air filter and broke the housing. Technicians should learn to properly use the tools that they have. Upon my return with the receipt of that work, they did "make it right"

Very disappointed with my "Luxury" Wagoneer because of the TERRIBLE service. No appointments can be made for any kind of service. All cars must sit in the lot and wait their turn for 2-3 days until a technician can even look at your car. There are NO loaner cars though that was promised upon purchase. They may have a few, but I was never contacted about any being available during my car's 2 week stay. My service rep never once called me back within 24 hours. Most of the time I would leave a message, leave another message a day later and then ask to speak to the manager. After my car sat there for 2 weeks, I finally told them that I wanted my car back. Crazy. After this experience, I will not be taking my car back to River Oaks Helfman. I am also considering trading my Wagoneer in, as it can only be worked on by jeep dealerships because of the electric codes.

I purchased a vehicle at this dealership a few years ago, also purchased the extended warranty on a 2019 Ram Laramie. The vehicle is still within warranty period but on three separate occasions, I have taken the vehicle in for repairs and have been told that I cancelled the extended warranty. I was never provided with any proof of cancellation and I have all the paperwork to prove I purchased the extended warranty. They tried to charge me for possible repairs that should be covered under warranty. Quite frankly a horrible experience.

The financing process was straightforward and transparent, which made me feel confident in my purchase. I also appreciated the follow-up after the sale to ensure I was satisfied with my new car.

I recently took my car to Helfman for service. I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and they kept me updated throughout the process. The work was completed quickly, and my car is running great! The cost was what I expected, not cheap, but suspect it will be similar anywhere else. This place (shop) is really clean here. Reflection of how they run their ship IMHO. Highly recommend them, for anyone looking for great reliable service!
