Another easy, breezy trip to Heights Mobil for my vehicle’s annual inspection. Made an appointment in advance so no weight when I dropped off. Prompt communication via text while my vehicle was assessed and they even had the replacement windshield wiper needed in stock. (It can be a tricky size). Thanks HM crew!

Curt is the best at diagnosing our car issues and getting them fixed. We have had numerous issues with our vehicle and he prioritizes repairs and let's us know the urgency of the repairs! Words can't express how much I appreciate the staff at Heights Mobil Car Care. I came in for a coolant leak and I ended up needing a new radiator and hoses. I was stressed to say the least. Kurt was awesome and explained the problem and process for replacement thoroughly. And Heather, she was so helpful and working with me on payment. The fact I was there from 11-6 and no one was bothered by that was helpful. I will only go to Heights Mobile for care care!

This is the most professional place I’ve ever gotten my car serviced! If they had more than 5 stars I would definitely give it to them! From the moment I called Kurt was very eager to listen to my car troubles and even was nice enough to provide me with a tow service to even get my car to their shop! The tow truck driver Mr. Roy was also the sweetest guy! From the moment they found out the cause of my car troubles they reached out and knew what the problem was and how long it would take them to fix it based on my reply back. my car was ready in a day which other places would have taken 2-3 days! Thank You So Much for your urgency in getting me back on the road! The prices are very much fair for the service you get here!

Took my car in for oil change. Everything was great. When I was notified it was ready, they mentioned it needed an air filter (bad) but they did not have one. Next day, I chased one down at auto parts store. We could not figure out how to put it in so I went back to Heights Auto and asked if they could put it in. VERY forcibly, I was told they do not install customer supplied parts. OK. Then I asked if someone could explain to me how to put it in. 'All my tech's are busy'. I'll try and help them out.......I'll never go back.

I have been taking my car to the Mobil station for years. There have been times when I questioned the work done on the car, but I have been reassured that it was necessary, and the mechanics have been proven right time and time again. The owners of the shop go out of their way to answer questions and apprise a customer of the work that needs to be done on the car. I find the personnel at the station trustworthy and friendly. If I were creating a shop on my own to which I could take my car, I believe could do no better than this repair shop as it now exists, unless, of course, it would be at no charge for the work done.

They did it again. This time with my 2018 Subaru Outback. Fluids, filters and even inspected and replaced the worn rear disk pads. If they keep this up I’ll probably have to drive this car forever…. ;-). Thanks to all involved

For the 3 to 4 years I’ve been servicing my Impala with Heights Mobil, I’ve gotten prompt, courteous service. Kurt—head of auto repair— is always prompt with his texts and always courteous and thorough in answering my questions whether by phone or in person. All of the staff are great!
