Neat, friendly customer service and interesting items to look around. It’s not just books. Any thing a student can need during a school year is there. Tee shirt, mugs, on the go water bottles ,so many interesting things .

I ordered books for the spring semester, and the order was canceled. I placed the order two more times and the same thing. I never got a message regarding this issue. I talked with the staff, who told me to talk to the manager when she was in, but couldn't say when she would be in. Classes started, and the instructor was a jerk and didn't want to share the link for electronic book access. Dropped the class and re-enrolled in the summer session. The same thing happened, complained and complained. I ordered the book at another campus, and they had it! Told them what happened, and the clerk said that is a real problem at the central campus. Wow!

The store has notebooks and pens, to backpacks and graduation gowns with hats and tassels. They even have a wide variety of food snacks and drinks. Was told to go up there and apply for financial assistance since I was unemployed and the counselor was no where to be found I emailed her and called her but never heard back I guess I won't be going to school - signed senior citizen

On one hand, you say that the staff are nice, which suggests a positive experience, but on the other hand, cannot return your items and there is no return option, which suggests a negative experience.

This is the most inconvenient bookstore. Ever heard of Saturday? Even if it's from 9 AM - 1 PM? What about after 5 PM on weekdays? Then closes at 1 PM on Friday's. Like c'mon!
