HCC Central College Bookstore is a large and well-stocked store for students. It has everything a college student needs, from books and school supplies like notebooks, pens, and backpacks to graduation gowns, hats, and tassels. The store also carries many interesting items beyond books, including tee shirts, mugs, water bottles, and a wide variety of food snacks and drinks. The staff is consistently described as neat, friendly, nice, and cool. However, the store does not accept returns and has no return option for items. Customers appreciate the helpful service, even when busy, noting the staff is willing to assist with issues.
The women were extremely helpful especially with my first time using a voucher. The manager answered all my questions.

Neat, friendly customer service and interesting items to look around. It’s not just books. Any thing a student can need during a school year is there. Tee shirt, mugs, on the go water bottles ,so many interesting things .
