Hawk Body shop is truly the best in the business! To say I'm impressed is an understatement! From start to finish, my experience with Cheng was nothing short of exceptional. He turned a stressful situation of dealing with car insurance claim into a hassle-free experience and the quality of their work speaks volumes.Their combination of expert craftsmanship, stellar customer service, and integrity makes them a standout.

I have been taking my car to this shop for several years. This is a family run business. The owner is a very humble person. His staff are polite and humble as well. They really help customers to the best they can within the proper boundaries. I really appreciate their services.This is a body shop, so they are emphasizing on auto body repair. They also do engine oil change, dash cam install, those simple tasks. If you want to do state inspections and mechanical repair, this shop is not capable to do. You might want to take your vehicle to a mechanic shop for that.Anyway, I strongly recommend this place.

I recommend this place to my friends and family. I needed to fix my 2-YO Tacoma after a wreck. The insurance company estimated the cost using the recycled and aftermarket parts. These guys fought it and gave me advice to help me fight the insurance. Finally my truck was fixed with 100% genuine Toyota parts. You won’t be able to do that if you went with the big boys who are on the insurance company’s recommended shop list. You should know this before you pick your shop!

Brought a car here for an estimate to fix some minor body damage. Estimate was done quickly and was far less than some bigger, more flashy body shops. I chose Hawk for the work. The work was beautifully done in fewer days that originally quoted. Hopefully I won't need another body shop, but I will be back to Hawk if I do.

My car battery was broken and luckily the shop owner helped me. He lent me the electric stimulator and did it for me for free.

I recently had my car repaired at Hawk's Body Shop, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly skilled. My car looks as good as new, and their customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend Hawk's Body Shop to anyone in need of automotive repairs.

The paint job on my car was nice,but they left the inside of my car very very messy with debris all over,they should have cleaned it.Also I went back due to a loose part they left while they painted my car.I also asked the owner to spray paint the bottom of my Honda black,since he didn't do a good job at first,Well he didn't do it.He's not very FRIENDLY. My first time there,Never going back.Inow have my car at another body shop to do additional paint job on my Honda Accord,great great service.So I'm totally done with those Chinese people.

The whole staff is extremely friendly and very communicative, one of my parts took a while to come in but that wasn't their fault at all and they detailed every step of the process to me. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for fairly priced quality work.

My case was a bit off with the opposing insurance company and Cheng was such an amazing help through and through. Beginning to end ! Helped me out with what I needed. He definitely made sure that I was kept updated, informed me on routes to take for my situation and even suggested a reputable and really awesome attorney group. Overall, amazing ! I settled so I didn't get to have my baby fixed by them but they still deserve such flowersmy case started in June, so yes. Thank you all so much ! Very nice, helpful and informative. There's even a cute kitty I was a bit frustrated and that cute baby soothed me even recognized me when I came back amazing !P.s. I have seen their work and they do amazing. In the middle of the heat wave when I came to collect my belongings, those men were still working ‼ respect your car/baby is in good handsShoutout to Dontae as well !☺️????

The first good sign when you pull up to Hawk bodyshop is the packed parking lot. Customer volume speaks volumes for quality of the work and professionalism of the staff. Second, in the business office a contented feline, maybe a Russian blue, softens the edge of busted vehicles blues vibe. Knowing the employees are multi-lingual also takes the edge off of what could be tense miscommunication between parties incolved in a collision. (particular star staff: Dante is good-humored, and Cheung, the owner, exudes patience.) A final good sign — price. Comparison estimates with three other body shops put Hawk well within the reasonable range, and included a clearer summary of parts and labor required.

Cheng is a really great guys, my family and fiancé cars been going to his shop for years and he always got our cars fixed on whatever we had concerned about. Prices are very reasonable. I would give his shop 10 stars if i could❤️

I recently brought my vehicle to this body shop for repairs following an accident. During the initial consultation, I emphasized the importance of using original parts, as it is crucial for maintaining the integrity and value of my vehicle. The staff assured me that they would only use original parts for the repairs.However, upon further investigation, I discovered that non-original parts were used instead. This not only contradicted our agreement but also left me feeling deceived and betrayed as a customer. The Body Shop's failure to uphold their commitment to using original parts is highly disappointing.To make matters worse, I was charged double the price for the parts used in the repairs. This excessive overcharging is unjustifiable and only added insult to injury.I will never go back this shop again.Service: Body & Trim
