don't get your oil change on a Sunday!!! The techs (daniel specially) "didn't know" any of the service check list and skipped them. When I asked him to update my information due to misspelling, he began bickering with me and said I was already checked out and he was started with another customer (who had arrived after me) I also asked him to check my air filter and he again said he didn't know how to and that I just got it changed which then I insisted to have it checked. It was really dirty, but he said it could last another oil change. I'll for sure get it changed but not with him! He also didn't know how to reset my oil change notification and said they don't do that, which they have ALWAYS done for me anywhere I get my oil change. My customer experience was subpar, so I will be skipping this location, and you should, too! Definitely don't think he should be left alone at the store again and clearly needs additional training.

I googled this location up and called the number on their website. To begin with you CANNOT actually call the store. You are automatically redirected to their call center. I gave them the year make and model of my vehicle and asked how much it would be for a full synthetic oil change. I was told that it would be $80 but that they could send me a $25 off coupon to my phone. I responded, “great” send me the coupon and I’ll go right now! I received the coupon and proceeded to the location. Upon arriving I told the guy what I was told and showed him the coupon. He immediately said, “They lied to you!” I’m like, what? He said, yeah, this happens ALL the time! Those people don’t know what they’re talking about! He explained that it would cost $125 for a full synthetic oil change for my vehicle. SOMEONE is definitely LYING here and they need to get their act together! I ended up taking my vehicle to Sterling McCall Toyota on the Southwest Freeway and having it done for only $55.50!!!!! Yeah, you read that correctly! The following day I stopped by the same Take 5 location and showed them my receipt for the full synthetic oil change that was done by Sterling McCall Toyota. The guy said, I don’t don’t blame you brother, tell my own friends and family to take their vehicles somewhere else to get their oil changed, the prices here are ridiculous! There ya go! Couldn’t have said it better myself! I guess they’re trying pay for all of of those goofy commercials they are running. Well, I’m not going to be contributing to their insanity now or in the future! Don’t walk away, RUN away!

They did not have the air filters for my car,then charged me a total of 95.00 to only change my oil because they also couldn't take the cap off to change my oil filter. When he told me that I said I've already paid for the replacement and oil chsnge socan you refund some of my payment so instead of doing that he GAVE me the oil filter and said I could take it to a mechanic to put it on. So I Leave and then they call me back because they forgot to put my old air filter back on after they took it off but didn't have a new one fo put on...overall no concern for the inconvenience and ultimately I paid 95.00 for JUST an oil change...

It was efficient and quick enough. In retrospect I wish I had a coupon but I didn't. They did find one for the wiper blades, but not for the oil change.
