Would highly discourage anyone from coming here as if you will most likely be overcharged for your service or will try to upsell you on items you don’t need. They can be deceptive at times.

Forgive me. My English is bad so I am writing my review of several visits below in my Spanish (Cuba)
Trash. I can't wait until the new jack n box car wash place opens. The car wash staff here routinely steal things from people's cars. And they often damage customers' vehicles (LCD screens, radio antennas, Tesla sensors, mess up standard transmission clutches, car washer breaks vehicle parts).
On the oil change side. How safe do you feel having your car repaired by what appear to be career criminals? (you can quickly tell they are criminals by the aggressive way they talk. Normal people aren't rude or stupid like this, lol) They will literally break wiper blades, oil leaks due to poorly fitted plugs, they will routinely break oil filters , try to scam you into changing your air filters. Not recommended. The white manager is very sketchy and should also be investigated, he seems to be very prejudiced towards us Latinos. Why being racist in 2023 Trump doesn't work?

The quality of the car wash services here are mediocre, but unfortunately convenient. I just paid for an upsell package and they would not honor the coupon that would have applied had I not given them even more of my business. I can't wait for the Mr Car wash to open.

Went in for an oil change. Things were NOT secured back properly under my hood. Now the latch on my hood is broken and my windshield is shattered. One of their people were negligent, they refuse to take responsibility because the warning light didn't come on saying the hood was open (mind you it's the fact that the stuff UNDER the hood not being secured correctly is what caused the plethora of issues), and now I'm stuck trying to get everything fixed. I've used them SEVERAL times before but this time clearly someone dropped the ball and I'm stuck footing the bill. This will get rectified. But I will no longer use them or recommend them because they are using people that are more concerned about getting off than making sure they fix everything back correctly on the car before giving someone their keys back!Service: Oil change

I have been using this Havoline Xpress for a number of years now. Luke is always very responsible, conscientious, and pleasant to deal with. I have never been treated like a “woman“ and he has never given me anything that the vehicle did not need.I recently took my husband’s F250 diesel to have the inspection. The machine that does inspections on diesels was down. Luke told me he would be in at 6:00 the next morning to make sure it was running and do the inspection. I told him I wouldn’t come there that early that’s awful to do to him. I did go in, he did it and it was just as good as on any of our cars Please don’t judge them in the same light as you judge the Cabana car wash that they are attached to.Services: Oil change

Fortunately, I’ve been a regular customer for years at this location. Had a major engine problem (due to an engine recall) and had serviced at dealership. If not for the regular oil service and additional maintenance records I obtained from Hunter, the dealer would not have honored the replacement warranty. The dealer ended up replacing my 6 y.o. engine free of charge!

Came over to this place because I just moved to this side of town and I spoke to the manager Hunter and he was super helpful with my car I got my oil changed and my power steering flushed the staff there really did an excellent job on my vehicle detailing it.
