Terrible service and atrocious grooming. The groomer made my handsome schnauzer look like a rat terrier. She cut off his eyebrows, chipped his beard and cut his undercoat and all was uneven!!!! The owner, Jennifer, was extremely unprofessional, rude and said she'd refund our money but never did. When I asked her to come and please fix the botched grooming, she told me she's never groomed a dog in her life. I'd suggest any other groomer so your dog doesn't come out of the grooming truck looking hideous.

My family and I loved Kenya with Haute Pets! She is very talented and knowledgeable about pets. She didn't act irritated or wasn't in a rush when explaining every question we had about our dog. I've told all my family and friends about her and to request her if they indeed book! Thank you Haute Pets for sending out Kenya, we couldn't be more happier!!!

Accused of scamming when HAUTE PETS are indeed the true SCAMMERS!ATTENTION CONSUMERS!!! Must read!!! Please take the time to read through all of the reviews in Yelp, google and all other platforms. I have attached an example below for a different scenario, same situation! DO YOUR RESEARCH! Do not spend your money! OWNER JENNIFER HAS PROFILED A SUCCESSFUL AFRICAN AMERICAN COUPLE OF STEALING. In the climate it is sad to say people like this still exist!! Again, do your research! I will continue to post reviews from others! Reported to the BBB!!

It's 0 stars for me! JENNIFER THE MANAGER IS A RUDE RACIST WOMAN! CALLS AFRICAN AMERICANS SCAMMERS due to HER mishaps! Jennifer calls me to try and squeeze my dogs In For grooming when I inquired with them a month ago. But I still take her up on her offer being nice. I get service from a great groomer, Kenya. Kenya was amazing. At the end of my visit Kenya said there wasn't a card on file... WHOS FAULT IS THAT?! I DO NOT WORK FOR HAUTE PETS MOBILE GROOMING! So Kenya decided to key in my card information for payment. I instantly get noticed from my NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION that the money was debited from my account. Kenya leaves, ten minutes later I get a call from JENNIFER THE OWNER, the lady who booked me, who didn't mention any card needed on file. She tells me that the payment didn't go through it's IMPOSSIBLE is what she said. So I send this woman my personal bank statement and show her it's been taken out, now how can we work this out. She proceeds to tell me that I scammed her. The dig at my character is a MAJOR issue! Being that one I didn't call this woman for her services, she called me. ITS ON YOU JENNIFER- THE MANAGER, TO GET MY CAR INFO AND PUT IT ON FILE! If that's your protocol YOU fell through sister, not me I don't work for you! Then I was more than willing to try and help get to a resolution but after her calling me a scammer she hangs up in my face. Her employee even tells her she seen the money deducted from my account (photos attached)YOU SHOULD DO BETTER RUNNING YOUR BUSINESS, I spend plenty of money on services and never had an issue. You being this nasty and rude like you had top tier service and your van gave creepy predator vibes in the first place you never have to worry about coming to my house again.

Van was filthy and broken down, they couldn’t get their equipment to run (they were going to need to run an extension chord to the house) and the technician didn’t try to befriend my dog at all before attempting to carry him into the van and manhandle him, and was surprised when he started warning her to stay away after he had the choker around his neck (instead of a body harness). This dog has had no signs of “aggression” in other, more professional van services. When I called to make sure I wasn’t charged and told the owner about how filthy the van was their only response to that was that I shouldn’t have been in the van to see it. Go somewhere clean and hygienic and more professional, this isn’t it.The only pros are that they showed up on time and didn’t try to bill me after that disaster.

Sarah does the most amazing job with my pupper and is so kind, patient, and meticulous with her work! My pup always looks so fresh and fluffy when she’s done - Happy pup, happy home!

They are wonderful. I've used them for years. I love it that THEY COME TO YOU! My very spoiled dog is whisked away, bathed, groom and back inside in about an hour.

I have used Haute Pets in the past with good results. Prior to this most recent encounter, our last appointment was in July of 2022.Unfortunately, our experience in January of 2023 was markedly different and very disappointing. The groomer arrived an hour late and offered no apology or explanation. My 8yr old rescue dog has been described by prior Haute groomers as a "sweetheart," and she enjoys the attention. The groomer agreed that she was easy to groom and handle.Once I had paid the groomer and she had left, I could see my dog's trim looked more like a buzz saw had been used all the way around her neck ! Her black hair had been shaved in wide strips down to the very white of her skin. I immediately took photos to send to the business, but it was a Saturday so I waited until Monday morning to call with my concerns. I called twice and had emailed photos of my dog after the grooming. When the owner answered and had found the photos, she immediately saw the results of the grooming. From that point on, her conversation became rude and defensive. Her entire focus was on which package I had ordered ; my response was that whether it was the top package or the bottom, the hairshould not have been "buzz sawed." The discussion continued until she said she would contact the groomer and call me back. That was 15 days ago. Not a word since. This is just my experience, but I will not be using their services again.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Haute Pets and our fabulous groomer, Megan! She’s great with our two old pups, always on time and a delight to be around. Our scrappy rescues are soft, tangle free and smelling sweet by the time she’s through and that is no small feat! We also appreciate that Megan comes directly to our home. We have children and a busy, often chaotic schedule, so the convenience that Haute Pets provides is a game changer. Thank you to Megan and the Haute Pets team for providing a wonderful service!

We have grooming scheduled every week for our 2 Belgian Malinois and we could not be happier. Megan has been the best groomer we have ever had and the pups absolutely adore her! We love how compassionate, gentle and kind she is every visit

Meagan was extremely professional and did an amazing job on my miniature poodles. They went from looking homeless to flawless!! Both dogs are very anxious, especially around new people. Meagan made them both feel very comfortable.

Sarah was prompt and so great with my dog. It was my dogs first time being groomed and Sarah has a special way to make them not nervous. My dog came out beautiful and in no time! Definitely recommend

Meagan at Haute Pets does an absolutely superb grooming job with our Yorky! She’s the only one that I trust to give her our dog, with no instructions, and she comes out looking beautiful every time. Also, our Yorky isn’t wary or afraid of going to Meagan, so she must be very kind with her. And, it sure is easy to have her come to our place!
