My car got towed twice, once for unfair reasoning. Customer service is terrible, hung up on me and wouldn’t answer the phone. Had to call HPD to see where my car even was. My car was in storage for less than an hour and they charge crazy high prices like $300 times get it back each time.

Worst place ever. The workers are very rude. No any politeness whatsover. That beard guy who works in the parking lot areas is even worse.while called said 275 and when reached their charged me 553. one of the worst place really.
