You may occasionally have to wait too long. However, physicians are the most skilled and knowledgeable in their field.

Deserves 0 stars, no treatment just a waste of time. Had me waiting for 12 hours to get prescribed a antibiotic

We were in a car accident last month in which my car rolled over a couple of times. We were taken to LBJ and the staff took care of my mother and I. They were very friendly and professional, luckily we only had a couple of scratches and soreness otherwise we were okay. We are very grateful and thankful ??. Keep up the great work ??.

Well, it's a late start, I arrived at 2 in the morning and they took care of my daughter until 7 in the morning, they treated her very well, excellent, I'm not complaining about that.

The wait of more than 12 hours is too much!!!!!and so many employees and doing nothing at all, on the phones talking to each other and the patients wait and wait ??don't play with people's health or time....

What a lot of these bad reviews don't tell you is they didn't spend a dime or paid pennies on the dollar. I got my hip completely replaced and my ankle fused. My cost out of pocket, $0.00. (Not including gas and parking) The staff is super helpful, polite, and legitimately care about and treat your pain. I can't even begin to explain how much I appreciate LBJ, those who work there, and those that aid in funding. From the bottom of my heart, thank you and Happy Holidays!

Disappointed my blood pressure was high and I was hurt really bad and they told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with me. Like be for real what's a hospital for to help people or to send them away when they most need the help? They were also so unprofessional and I'm still hurt and I still fill ill

After working in the OR at this facility as an operating room nurse, I would not recommend anyone to have their surgery at this unsafe facility. Both operating room directors Kathy Fischer and Renee Russell allow for unsafe patient care practices to be performed at this facility. For example instruments that had been touched with latex gloves were permitted to be used on a patient with a latex allergy after the patient had gone to sleep. New OR nurses are allowed to practice without proper perioperative trainning, putting patients' lives at risk. Both directors are completely uninvolved in the daily activities of the operating room; they do not even wear scrubs to work and are never seen in the actual operating rooms. The only time these two, so called "directors," were seen in the actual operating rooms was during DNV hospital accreditation, during which if they do not adhere to regulatory requirements they can have a suspension or withdrawal of certification. These directors also allow for surgeons to discriminate against employees that are not American without any repercussion whatsoever.

Worse place to work. Abusive management (Insight department). I experienced both verbal, and emotional abuse from Deborah Henry. She called me "CRAZY" during meetings and yelled at me in front of other staff. Furthermore, she mentioned my COV19 information in front of other staff members. In addition, whenever I had a complaint, she threatened to fire me multiple times. Two staff members admitted to me of bullying a former staff member which Deborah Henry was also involved. I expressed all my concerns both verbally and in writing to the director (Stephen Moora) and Human resources. During my first meeting with Stephen Moora, while discussing how I was being mistreated by Deborah Henry, Stephen stated "I believe something happened, maybe Deborah doesn't have social skills". While in the first meeting with human resources, Stephen, Barbara and Deborah were present. Barbara asked Stephen, what were his thoughts where about my complaint, Stephen failed to mention what he stated about Deborah during my meeting with him. Barbara will constantly interrupt me when it was my turn to speak, and she will try to discredit me. I was spoken to in a condescending manner; they used manipulative tactics as an attempt to intimidate me. After the meeting ended, it was clear to me that Deborah was not going to be held accountable for her actions. After multiple meetings with human resources, Deborah continued to be verbally and emotionally abusive towards me until my last day at Harris Health. I informed Stephen of the continuous verbal abuse from Deborah, his response was "I received your email, would you like to come for your exit interview?"Harris Health has very low standards, they lack Dignity.I lost all respect for all people mentioned above. I will never refer or encourage anyone to work for Harris Health. If you're reading this, know that you are Not planted, you Can walk away.Look elsewhere for employment.ABUSE IS NEVER OK

Delay after delay. Told to come at a specific time to pick up my relative from their procedure. I was expecting they would be ready at that time. Come to find out that nurses didn’t let her get changed or do discharge paperwork until I was at the pick up location. Had to wait another 30min. Causing me to be late for other appointments.

I don’t care to hear the hospital’s apology, this place has been the worst service for YEARS. This didn’t just happen. Very rude, slow at getting back with patient’s requests. My husband was waiting there 8 hrs PLUS, hadn’t eaten breakfast & they were notified he suffers from ulcers & had extreme abdominal pain. Staff was too busy talking about the hospital gossip. Very sad that head quarters has yet to Intervene with this ongoing, unprofessional, unacceptable location.
