There is no knowledgeable person at the guard shack for receiving, and absolutely no phone number to reach anyone who can tell you ANYTHING WHATSOEVER! They schedul you for a certain time but then nobody is there to assist you during that time. It's one poorly managed facility.

Receiving needs improvement..hrs just to get 9 pallets unloaded. Checked in at 11 am and another truck got to a door and was here after me..
