Harbor Freight has tools at great prices, often less than Home Depot or Lowe's. Quality has greatly improved in the last 5-8 years. Hercules & Bauer are on par with most other brands.

Good store, good prices. Quality has been elevated from what they had 15 years ago. Their prices can't be beat.
