Absolutely amazing stay, everything I could ask for. Well sized room with necessary amenities and ironing board. I'll give a special shout out to David at the reception who went an extra mile for everything, from advice on food joints to that well needed bottle of water at the end of a busy day. Can't recommend enough!

Excellent Staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Be sure to ask for David at the Front Desk. This Front Desk Agent is very knowledgeable of the city's destinations to visit & restaurants to have a great meal. Although, the hotel itself is dated & could use a facelift, the ENTIRE staff, from Managers, Front Desk & most importantly, Housekeeping, make your stay the best for your money.

This is a great location. The staff is excellent. The hotel is clean and comfortableNearby activities: There are places to eat in walking distance and shopping is close by. Very convenient.

Very friendly service checking in. Room was comfortable and clean. If staying, remember to ask for a room far away from the elevator shaft or you'll regret it. Loud noise from the elevator going up and down all day and night. I was 4 rooms down and it was still extremely loud. Other than that, I would stay at this hotel again.

Great friendly staff & all of them professional. One of the best breakfast selections I’ve had in a while! Super comfortable beds, too. Accidentally left an expensive curved computer screen in my room. Came back through 5 days later & the manager had it in her office with my name on it waiting for me!

Overall, had a good stay at this hotel recently. It’s in a great location about 15-20 mins from downtown. A lot of shops and restaurants in the vicinity, even within walking distance. Service was great too.The AC unit in our room was a bit too loud, which made sleeping at night troublesome. One of the two elevators is non-functional right now, and the one that does work was a bit slow. Hopefully they fix those soon.Rooms: Rooms are great and serve their purpose. Comfortable too, in spite of the loud AC unit.Nearby activities: Tons of shops and restaurants within a walking distance or short drive.Safety: Located in a safe area.Walkability: Within walking of tons of restaurants.Food & drinks: Lot of food and drink options in the vicinity. The hotel itself offers breakfast.Noteworthy details: Located along the highway, which is perfectly!

Sandra the manager rocked. Poor thing was running around fixing everything. A bunch of the A/C's were broken in the facility. A fire alarm went off. I felt horrible for her. Ownership needs to step up their game before they lose a good staff.

TV did not work, it did not have a actual power cord for it to work and don’t leave your drinks on the table it will be covered in ants. This must be a franchised Hilton because it seems more like Motel 6! It’s been 2 days since check out and the manager Charles has not returned my call in reference to the issues I had during my stay.

Albeit the location and price is great but David is the absolute best! I have never been treated as kindly in any hotel I have ever stayed in like I was by David. He was super pleasant, patient, and kind. I had an extremely long day and it was so refreshing to be attended to by David! Hampton Inn is very blessed to have a such a great person working for them! Thanks so much David for your hospitality!

My stay at this hotel was a major disappointment. The workers displayed a troubling lack of effort, and the management’s performance was equally underwhelming. The cleaning staff’s unavailability was notable, and one of the employees went so far as to eject my sister from breakfast at 10 am with disrespectful comments. Seeking assistance from the front desk was an uncomfortable experience. Our refrigerator was also malfunctioning during our stay. While it’s a relief that there were no bed bugs, the cleaning standards were still far from acceptable. I strongly believe that the workers should reconsider their roles as they clearly lack the ability to treat guests properly. The inconsistency in treatment and overall operation of this business leaves me puzzled. I sincerely hope for a refund for my entire stay. Additionally, the gym was disgustingly filthy, reflecting poorly on the state of this establishment. It’s truly perplexing how this business manages to operate in such a manner.

Hot as hell in Houston, so the pool is always warm and the pavement is super hot, so don't forget flip flops or sandals. The front desk agents are friendly and humorous, and the rooms are amazing. My favorite part of the room was the ranch style bathroom door that slides. Room services are only every 3-4 days due to low staff and are optional.Food & drinks: There's a great Japanese BBQ just at the corner to the left when you walk out of the hotel. Only like a minute walk, and you can get to the restaurant first before the heat does.

My sis, mom, me & dogs were running from fireworks on 7/4. Very few people were there so very quiet. Room was clean, convenient to elevator. Not fancy but everything needed. Nice little breakfast w/ delicious sausage and continental fare. Great price. All in all great stay.Noteworthy details: Pet friendly.
