Very respectful, thoughtful, and even though breakfast is free I was given 2 muffins to go because I had to leave for dialysis and just very kind to me.Rooms: Spacious for wheelchair, we had 2 wheelchairs and fit well.Nearby activities: Movies, plenty places to eat, and stores nearbySafety: Always people around to check on clientsFood & drinks: Continental breakfast, and assortment of drinks and snacks are available.

Very quick turn into drive-even with Google maps it happens fast! Get that turn signal on! Parking is gated, which is a surprise for a Hampton.

Overnight trip Houston for a Rockets Game! Had several choices but this one stood out, great location, great parking options. Customer Service is AWESOME! I will stay here again! Oh yeah! Rooms are excellent, clean, smells fresh and no bugs at all!

The young African American lady who was at the front checking in late night 11/11/2023 has a terrible attitude. Literally the worst I’ve ever encountered at any hotel check in. I travel for work so I check in hotels often, and I’m a pretty patient person. I had to ask her if she was having a good day because her attitude was just nasty for no reason. Never gonna stay here again if you all can’t even get the front desk right.

1 star service. I’ve worked with Hilton for 4 years and this was my first time booking a friends and family rate and also my first time where customer service meant nothing to a company. My dissatisfaction comes from quality of service towards employees in their own brand.i am a Hilton employee I made a mistake booking a reservation for a friend under a friends and family rate. Once I was aware, I tried making it right by cancelling and having my friend make his own reservation but was given no options but to be charged a cancellation fee. The manager also made it seem like I was twisting his arm in order to make it right for me. I’m glad my friend found another hotel (which he booked himself)-he mentioned that as he pulled in he couldn’t access the hotel unless he had a code… and on top of that no free breakfast as stated on the website. All of this and they still could not offer ANY good customer. Shameful service.

Overall, this hotel was good. Check-in was very slow. Had to wait while one of the receptionists counted out their cash drawer. The room was clean, but the shampoo dispenser was empty. The thermostat battery was low so we had to adjust the temp on the unit below the window. The A/C unit was loud. The elevator and 1st floor outside the elevator were typically dirty or had wet floors...not sure why the challenge in keeping them clean/dry. The parking was inside a fenced/gated area, which was good.
