I always book this hotel with Hilton advance, after paying 3 weeks in advance the charge me at 4:30 in the morning while I was asleep??!??!! Double charging me! , I call the front desk after noticing it after check out and THEY CHARGE ME AGAIN, I paid for a room 3 TIMES!!! , took 4 business days for a refund, strongly considering never booking here again , please be cautious staying here

Run of the mill Hampton in. Good beds and good service. But it is starting to be a little run down in the rooms. Don't avoid it, just know that it is definitely not new anymore.

The carts wheels at this location definitely need filling fixed or something. It was a struggle to use.
I am a rewards member and I like that I can put my information in and go straight to my room however this location I had to stop and give them my credit card and everything else. I'm one of those people the least amount of people I have to talk to the better. And I had my stuff all packed because I had picked my room and it said I could go straight to my room. So I had to unpack my stuff to get to my credit card and my ID.
The rooms can use a little of this and the little of that for touch-ups but besides that the rooms were nice and clean.
They are an airport hotel at least that's what they said they were we did not utilize that part. But most hotel airports have grab and go meals prior to them starting regular meals and that was not at this location. It wasn't anything big to us but I do know other people do look for that.

Advertises airport shuttle. Called from airport to find they canceled the service 2 months ago without updating their amenities list. Now I’m out $25 each way to and from the airport.
Misleading and false advertising.

horrible, our truck got stolen from this place and when we check the security cámaras there was “nothing”. do not book this place if u have a truck or car.

This hotel does not have free service from the airport to the hotel. It will cost you $60 to get to this hotel.
Noteworthy details: One of the hotel guests told me his car was broken into the night before. The hotel will not cover lost valuables in your car or destruction to your car.

BE WARNED and avoid this property! We utilized this hotel as a transition to fly out and return on our vacation. Besides the airport shuttle only running betweem approximately 8am to 5pm, the overall service was absolutely terrible, the common areas were filthy, and the employees were completely indifferent. To top it off my wife accidentally left her Kindle in the room on our beginning of vacation stay. She called, they found it, and kept it in the managers office for our return stay on the way home. When we returned to the hotel we were informed they couldn't get it from the manager's office. Per the managers instructions we provided a paid for shipping label so they could return it. Instead of returning my wife's expensive Kindle, 2 weeks later they informed us that they threw it away! Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if one of the employees just stole it. this is one of the worst Hilton properties we've stayed at across the country in the decades I've been a Hilton Homors member!

This is the most disgustingly dirty hotel I have ever stayed in. The trash thrown all over the front parking lot should have been a warning sign for what was to come. The main lobby doors don’t close and the entire interior of hotel isn’t air conditioned- hot and gross. Trash and dirt in lobby, elevator, hallways. Everything is dated. Staff not overly welcoming. The room itself disgusting- sheets worn and stained, stains all over walls, ceiling, floor carpet is coming up. Dead bugs and spider in bathroom, hair on bath towels, an old French fry fell Out of mini fridge. Window ac sounds like it’s about to break. Shower drained slowly. I would give zero stars if I could. I was locked in to stay here for work but never again- this is a disgrace for Hilton chain. RUN! Yeah, close to the airport but not worth it- drive elsewhere! Just disgusting, check out can’t come fast enough.GROSS all the way around.

My family and I flew into IAH around midnight from Seattle with a reservation through Hilton Honors at Hampton Inn & Suites North IAH. Everyone was completely drained from the long day but hopeful to be in a comfortable bed soon when we were made aware that the hotel carelessly overbooked and canceled our reservation. Poor business management at best.

The room had bugs. We checked out early. Told the gentleman ate the front desk, and he had no response. The face towels were so dirty looking. They look like someone scrub the floor, and dirt didn't come clean. They need to throw them away and purchase new towels.
