Starting coming here more often, good selection descent prices. Try their fresh squeezed O.J. it is soooooo good. Good meat selection, eggs selection to only name a few.

HEB does not provide grocery delivery as advertised. For two (2) days I have attempted to have my 84 year old mother's groceries delivered. Today they were not delivered again. I was told by Curbside superviser that because the delivery person cannot go into the apartment office and inquire where my mother's apt is located in the complex, he/she cannot deliver the groceries. HEB should not advertise that they deliver when they do not. It's frustrating to have this happen and my mother go without. I do not recommend the Fry Rd and I 10 location. Shame to HEB!!

Fresh Deli customer service is deplorable. I have never been treated and made to feel so bad by A grocery store staff member in my life. Let alone one of my favorite grocery stores. I get its storm season and store traffic is A bit hectic! I also understand some customers can be A bit rude. But for the deli manager to come yell at me in front of customers and her staff because I simply asked if one of the meat machines could be cleaned off due to an allergy is just out of line.instead of yelling back with her I simply left I will not spend my money where Im not welcome. Im not sure what made her think that was ok but it was not! I will not be patronizing this particular location ever again.

Most employees are very nice and they were actually very busy. The woman standing at self check out with hardly anyone in line and all she has to do it use here thumb print every once in a while, I believe her name tag said Alexandera was extremely rude. No one is in self checkout so people with about 12-13 items instead of her 10 item limit she was yelling about were coming to that line because it’s much quicker. I am pregnant I can’t be standing in a line of people with $300 worth of groceries all day. She was being rude to multiple customers about their number of items. Including myself. She literally said “common girl” over my 12 items and proceeded to yell across to a girl who was actually busy at a regular check out lane next to us and asked if she needed help and yelled “I don’t know about you but I need help, but I do no one knows how to read 10 items or less.” Very unprofessional, I know it’s just a grocery store job but I work in simple jobs as well like restaurants and there is still a level of professionalism expected. Very rude woman who needs to either be trained over again on how to speak to customers or outright let go from the company because she makes y’all look bad.
