I give the Bakery one star. Today was the first time I had a very bad experience at the bakery. I have been ordering my family's cakes here for years, but Mrs. Vícki apparently had a bad attitude and did not have much desire to help. I could not even change the colors of the edge of the cake because according to her it was not possible, when I have been making it in the same place for years. I will cancel my order and I will not order any more cakes from that bakery.

The curbside is disappointing. There have been issues every time for the last 4 orders or so. They’ve missed items, didn’t have the order ready when I went to pick up even though I was within my pickup window, etc. the most frustrating part is having to go back after getting home and unpacking when realizing they’ve missed items.

The supposed manager of the night shift today, September 28, was working very badly, the attention at the payment machine was bad, she had a bad attitude all the time, so she left all the products and finally, in the end, she started reining in with another colleague. It is clear that we need to improve customer service at Heb Ap. In the end, only Heb loses customers and money in sales!

As someone who has delivered for HEB through Favor for years and worked for HEB, it is not a good place to work nor deliver for. They have too high of volume and a shortage of employees in curbside. You will be micromanaged, underpaid, and overworked.

It not accessible.regular customers parked in handicapped parking space .they have no tags and plate disable .i needed parking space i couldn't find one due to other people parking there without tag or plates.had bad experience with employee dropping my onion on the floor and forgetting my Avacado.

Love this location and the kids there are always respectful but their curbside takes waaaaaay too long. I typically have to wait at least 20-30 minutes for them to bring out the groceries. I can understand if it was a busy store but there are no more than 2-3 cars at a time in the area.

This HEB refuses to take returns. The manager on staff Ashley said she wasnt trained to do certain returns. So annoying. Please HEB bear creek, get it together
