Used to go there in this location since it was the closest one from my home. I think this one is a new one, at least the less maintained one, because whenever we have visited, this location has a lot of things missing, empty shelves, wet floor etc. It is so disappointing. So we stopped going there.

This place has pre-made dinners and lunches also the Charcuterie trays , goat cheese that tastes so good. HEB has the best sushi at an affordable rate.

I love HEB but hey in the morning after a year of shopping there because I came to live near this store I had a bad experience with the cashier named Sajajawea until I got stressed I brought some of my things and some of my sister's so I separated things to do 2 transactions. She told me that she couldn't make sure that only one was there. I asked to speak to the manager and she said that it was the other cashier who was at the next checkout, also of the same race, because she also said no, so I didn't make the other purchase. I don't understand why they do that if the customers' purchases result in their payment to themselves. Oh no, what a pity for those people. Please talk to them so that they don't be like that. I hope the owners of HEB take action on the matter. That's why I always try to pay at the cash registers where the guys collect, sometimes some of them don't speak Spanish but they are friendly. I don't think I go very often anymore and I will choose the ATM if I return even though I have Aldi and Kroger nearby.

I love this heb , The only complaint I have is the electric scooters , half of them are not charged in the morning when I go shopping, or the scooter dies while I am shopping and I have to get another one and that one dies , therefore taking longer to shop , my opinion should be plugged in at night when they close .

I bought flowers and cupcakes. The floral lady was very friendly and helpful, making a tiny bouquet for my granddaughter’s PreK graduation. The bakery man, Anthony, was also helpful and kind, helping me find the perfect cupcakes and graduation ring toppers. Even the lady at the self check was friendly and helpful. This is not my usual HEB, but everyone there is helpful as well. It’s the HEB way.

HEB on Gessner & Kempwood has a very clean store and wide isles since they updated it! Today was the first day I have been there since thay updated it I will definitely go back to shop there and I also recommend anyone else that likes HEB to do the same, store is now very clean and with wide isles!!! Very friendly staff, stockers and checkers!!!
