Beware of the hired male security guard that rides the parking lot on the scooter, whom I witnessed recording females with his cell phoneas they were loading groceries in their car.

Loved the store but disliked the shopping experience. They have a huge variety of grocery items and great sales. But it's such a hassle to get into/around their parking lot and it's always extremely packed on Saturdays! I'll probably try going on weekdays out close to closing.

I went to your store yesterday with my family. When we went to check out we were treated so rudely by a young man named Angel O. 6/13/24 @2:54. He didn't greet us and talked the whole time to the lady bagging our groceries. They were talking I guess about people at the job. I said 'hello, how are you?' He said fine, and continued to carry on his conversation with the lady bagging groceries. I have never seen such rudeness. I work in a healthcare clinic and I would never treat a customer like this.

Home delivery is an absolute nightmare. An hour late on multiple occasions and the same with missing items. What's the point of a list and delivery window?

if I can give this store 0 stars I would ! every month I place big home delivery orders with this store 1000 dollar or close to it being I get a lot of foodstamps so home delivery is more convenient for me being I have three little kids and pregnant with another ! every time I place my monthly orders of I’m not missing half my items I’m always missing some of my food items yesterday on 5/29/24 I placed a 900$ grocery order for delivery between 4:30-5:30 as time got closer they sent me tracking information from there partner favor to track my order ! It reached 0 mins as if the driver was delivering my food I waited a hour still no food at the door by then I sent a text asking was the driver lost where was he with my food he text back my order was delivered no food at my door the driver had done stole my whole 900$ grocery order !!!!!!! I became upset cuss imagine haveing little kids waiting on food that never shows up so the gentle was veery helpful and and told me they will reshop my order and have it delivered in the morning I got my order in the morning and was still missing about 5 items I called about those items a lady name Chrissy from this store answers the phone and I told her my issue and she immediately start judging me as if I’m the reason their driver stole my whole 900$ order and she did not want to replace my 5 items she tells me they have to review cameras as protocol because they had to replace my whole 900$ order that there driver stole !!! As if she can go review the camera and tell if I’m missing items off a camera pathetic !!!!! this store is pathetic they have lost a customer in a whole they have these janky drivers they have partner with favor and these people are stealing people food and the store makes it seem as if we the customers are losing or take us through loop wholes just to get our items that they drivers have STOLE ! I’m done with this store and groceries orders they have crooked people working for they delivery service and they don’t care about they customers I will be reporting them to health and human services don’t make groceries orders with them unless u want your food stolen or even don’t get your order at all or if u want the run rounds with replacing your order !

The parking is awful... Even at 10 am. The store is always crowded, ALWAYS in flux... moving products, employees not knowing/caring where items are, apparently they do not train bagging items anymore, it is constant chaos. Sad. I was a firm HEBer, not anymore.

I stop here every chance I get. We are retired so I brought husband. We asked for the southwest tortillas and were told he doesn't carry them anymore. Its a up scale area and we spend several hundred dollars on unique stuff like the tortillas. Husband went the next day to our usual HEB and bought 6 packs of southern tortillas.We are going to try to freeze them. I do not know if they are really discontinued or we were just lied to.

Very upset that my Son was not selected to work at this location, his availability was fully open he walked in the rain 2 blocks to get to his interview, just wait and the female manager Cat told him come back another day cause it was busy, which is understandable but then when he came back smile on face, mentioned he wanted to move up in chain one day start as a bagger maybe be a manager one day, and was very motivated to be a part of the team, somehow he was not selected and I feel like I know the reason and it’s not right, it’s not fair, and not ok, amazing store but maybe not mention you have family that work at the location you’re applying for if you feel like there will be judgement passed…not professional in my opinion but my Kiddo will find something better, again just my opinion but be mindful when applying

HEB is slipping! Used to be lots of registers open…short wait times. Something changed. Also had a cashier literally close the lane as I was standing in it…next up. Really?

Danny working the crawfish section was amazing! His customer service was exceptional and he was very knowledgeable!
