This supermarket is usually great. However, the last tike I shopped there I witness HEB workers pulling warehouse restocking carts in a hurry and they almost hit or injured a couple of shoppers.
Isn’t better to restock at a time when the store is not full of customers? If it’s a must, isn’t it better to restock in a safe manner to prevent injuring customers and avoid potential lawsuits?

Don’t bother going after 9pm. They close it down to one door at the exit that says “do not enter” and you have to enter through the checkout lanes. They are understaffed, so lines form when there is no need. The stockers are out in full force. They’ll straight up block an aisle and not even make eye contact if you are trying to get something near them. I’m not sure how this is even OSHA approved when they are running pallet jacks in and out of people shopping and stack items lining the aisles. It’s the most blatant “we don’t want your business” show that any business could display. I love HEB, but I despise the practices in the last several hours of them being open.

They hand off duty police here for a reason. There was a car waiting to park up front, blocking everyone from finding a spot. I went around her. She came at me as I was walking in, told me she was going to shoot me because I got to close to her. Black lady, of course. I told the cop who was sitting up front. He didn't seem to care to much. Have not been back since then.

This HEB used to be wonderful too shop at. Over the years we have watched its slow decline. Now it’s just awful. The worst part is the customer service. I noticed an extra $6 charge on an item and when I asked for the adjustment, the manager had to come assist the clerk. The manager was unbelievably rude and disrespectful.
I knew I should’ve spent my money at Trader Joe’s today. They are 100xs better than HEB. I recommend everyone make the switch. HEB is overpriced and not worth it anymore.

They do not have Tap to Pay, so cannot use Apple Pay or pay with phone. Found this out because I forgot my wallet. Good to know for next time

Absolutely love this HEB! The produce section is always overflowing with fresh food – I've never seen such a vibrant salad bar. Their meat market is top-notch, offering a wide variety of cuts. The seafood selection is equally impressive, always fresh and never fishy smelling.
