Mohammed refused to give me my prescription because he claimed I had gotten two bottles of my prescription previously, which was not the case. He “went to the back to check” which consisted of him making a b-line to the back of the pharmacy (where they keep all the medicine) doing a couple of 360’s and coming back to tell me that there was no inventory for my prescription. My kids do the same thing when I ask them to look for something.
He was rude, condescending and lacks the empathy required to be a pharmacy assistant. I went in the next day and got the prescription with no issue.
It seems like this pharmacy has a high turnover, including management which I’ve seen change twice since the couple years I’ve been getting my prescription here.
Every time there’s a new person there, I have an issue. Please train your staff adequately so I don’t have to be without my prescription for days to weeks at a time. Mohammed, you were the worst pharmacy assistant I’ve ever spoken to.

I don’t normally shop at this location because normally it’s less than H-E-B standard. However, I do want to send a shot out to you all and give you two thumbs up because during the storm you’re one of the only stores that were open you were fully staffed everything seem to be running efficient. It’s a good thing. That company is taking care of Texans! Other supermarkets could learn from your example.

Delivery like why yall charging for delivery when the courier don't pick up until 7:20pm from this location . But yall got the nerve to charge for this . I have strep so i need my meds.

I normally go through the drive thru Pharmacy at HEB and LESA has been the technician on many occasions when I pick up. I have been frustrated with her many times because she just seems to not care. This last time, I waited 20 min in the drive thru line. I hit the call button and she looked directly at me and ignored me and helped the next customer in the store. I had to call the store and ask for her to come to the window and help me. She then lies to me and says she didn't see me. A total lie! She looked directly at me. There was even a car there before me, and she refused to help them as well, and I saw them go park to go in the store. Sad part is, I usually prepay for my orders to save them time, but LESA seems to not have a problem with wasting others' time. I will likely transfer all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. It's just not worth my drive for this kind of service. People don't know what Customer Service is anymore. LESA should revisit that training because I am sure HEB has training on how to provide good customer service. If she doesn't like her job, then she should just retire, or go find another job and let someone else who will provide good Customer Service take her place.

Went to pick up my medicine in the drive thru on 4/26/2024 and didn't even get greeted with a hello or anything , then I got my medicine and signed the paper and told the worker , thank you have a great day , and no response what so ever

I want to commend Maria on her consistent customer service and positive attitude! There is one rude one but not Maria! She always takes care of me and make sure my medication is ready when I need it. She's an absolute gem and I really appreciate her!

Due to insurance coverage I transferred my prescriptions to HEB since I've had an excellent experience with the grocery side. I'm not sure of the root cause for the unprofessional and rude employees and the wait time for my prescription's and the delay between the pharmacy and their website. From day one they claimed not to have received my prescription's that were transferred from CVS. I went to CVS and they printed out proof they were transferred, back to HEB, still denying no transfer occurred, however, it did show my prescriptions "pending" on HEB website pharmacy page. To start over I asked my doctor to resend the original order. She did, and that was NINE (9) days ago....it's still "in progress" and states " we're asking your prescriber for refills". I really don't want refills since I won't use this pharmacy again. Why can't I get the prescription my doctor requested? and no phone call from HEB explaining the delay. If I need refills my doctor will call it in. Tried to call and speak the pharmacy, but that didn't work out too well. Bad attitudes and they sound too busy to talk to you. I miss my CVS. I'd rather pay more for better service!!

The staff is great and hardworking. There is always a line to check out. No employees to help customers. The prices are good. Often , shelves are empty. They cannot or will not hire enough employees. Employees make the company money.

Very poor staff and made no sense argument s with customer! The incapable staff member forgot to give needles with diabetic injections and he need to ask the doctor a prescription to do that ! How can the patient use injections without needles! So far I back and forth between the doctor and the pharmacy staff for a whole month to receive my medicationsThey are totally incapable
