Good gas station in the area! Price is good and reasonable!My first card got stuck in the machine for whatever reason but after pressing attendant it came out no problems. Anyways, helpful to have cheaper gas in these days! Come get your reasonable gas Cheers

Inventory is limited. Produce is below par. A complete guessing game on where things are...they move them constantly..After 8 months of frustration, I have gone back to Kroger. Much better experience.

This pharmacy is old and outdated. It needs structural re-innovations. One gentleman named Miguel is straightforward and effective. However, he can be perceived as “rude”. Another, technician named Andrew is also so effective and knowledgeable. However, he’s also rude. Rosendo is too customer friendly and will hold up the line giving 1/10 patients waiting premium customer satisfaction. The latest technician Linda seems to always wear a sweater in the middle of summer! Now as for the pharmacists, is always a hit or miss with them. Either, they are extremely too fast or too slow. Also, prepare to wait 30-40 minutes for your medication the standard waiting time! We need our medications in 2-3 minutes, they should take notes from McDonald’s rapid output.

The customer service in the deli department is terrible. The last 2 times I have been there, I have had to wait from 3 to 10 minutes before anyone ever asked what I wanted. There were 4 employees each time. When I was acknowledged, they took their time to help me. It's like the customer was interrupting them.

This review is not about the customer service or the selection of H-E-B I love H-E-B products. However this location is parking lot is full of crazy people. The first incident a man backed into me me blaring on the horn I was trapped because the people behind me were waiting just as the people in front of me were waiting, it was a hit and run. Less than a week later I leave the grocery store heading to the parking lot and was parked nose to nose with another car that I just got in there and the woman got out of the car and asked me if I could give her my basket so I pushed it to the nose of my car in this old man walking by YELLED that's not the return spot that's not the return spot ran up to me,grab the cart and put it behind my car and it was the lady and I were like what just happened... she took the buggy and went inside. Proceed with caution lol

The girl working Self check Out IS SO RUDE I'm talking about the rudest attitude, raised her voice, talks to customers like crap. She should not work customer service AND SHE DIDNT HAVE HER NAME TAG ON so whoever was working Self check out August 5th, at 7pm NEEDA FIX HER ATTITUDE FOR WORK. Very disappointed.

This is the worst heb I've ever been too. They are never stocked with goods.A week hack I needed something out of the pharmacy case and the manager in charge rolled her eyes at me .. this time I needed the same and instead of trying to find a key or help in any way, they just told me case was locked . the nighttime management is the absolute worst. It's worth driving a few minutes further to the Bunker Hill location
