I am so pleasantly surprised by how above and beyond one of the pharmacy employees here went for me. My doctor prescribed Paxlovid after I tested positive for COVID. Natalia warned me that the copay was pretty high (more than $280) even after applying the coupon from my doctor. She advised me to go onto the Paxlovid website and apply for a manufacturers coupon. Even after I did and provided her with the info, it wasn't bringing the price down. Natalia worked her magic, even making a couple calls to the manufacturer for me, and got it down to $0! Thank you so much!

Vi is AMAZING! This WAS my first time using HEB Pharmacy and I’ll definitely be a returning customer! She took the time to check if my insurance covered my medications and found cheaper alternatives for the ones that weren’t covered! I had a wonderful experience! ?

These guys are awesome. Service is outstanding from entire staff …always friendly, efficient, eager to help. Cesar, Damarcus, Elaine, Daniel…honestly the entire staff…they're the best! Our family lives in the neighborhood and we use this pharmacy exclusively solely because the service is so much better than CVS and Walgreens down the street. If you want the best with a smile, this is where you need to go.

I have a child with a rare condition that needs a specific medication for it and this particular pharmacy is always helpful with that. Also my daughter has gotten low on medication due to holidays and doesn’t have her Medicaid to cover it right now. Leslie a worker in the pharmacy here went above and beyond to make sure she got the right medication and she even helped with getting it priced as low as possible since i have to pay out of pocket until after the holidays….. she needs a raise!!!! Thank you so much Leslie!!!!!!

Well as of today it's official... I will be switching over to the HEB on Bunker Hill. The San Felipe store has lost my business due to the lack of certain inventory items. They have literally taken off the shelf. They no longer carry water chestnuts or zataran's Creole mustard... The person helping me looked it up on their app and told me no longer available. This has been the trend over the last 12 months at this store. Additionally, they are remodeling the store and it is a mess right here at Thanksgiving shopping season. I'm not sure what they're trying to accomplish but it's not good.

I like this HEB but find myself disappointed sometimes. I like the honey garlic salmon from the meal simple area, and eat it for dinner 4 days a week. But they're often out of it. I've noticed that the bags of broccoli florets are all brown.They are also out of the small bags of two-bite brownies in the bakery. My nephew really likes them, so I was disappointed to see the bags missing. I instead bought the larger plastic container of two-bite brownies for him, and they were kind of hard and slightly dry. My nephew didn't like them as much.

This is HEB is amazing, I get curbside most of the time and every time muy groceries are fresh, complete and specially on time. Staff is always nice and leave my groceries organize. Definitely a 5 stars service, is always clean and well organized.
