This pharmacy is super efficient! From the time the doctor sends out the prescriptions they have them ready within 30 minutes! I've had so many issues with Walgreens before and this pharmacy is the complete opposite and they have excellent customer service as well.

This is the second time within a week that I’ve bought a bell pepper loaded with mold
They didn’t even take it serious when I returned the item and they were extremely rude about it as if I caused the mold

I had several things refilled and they gave me the incorrect prescription, I am going to be very unwell for days now because of this. the reason I called was one rx and I paid online, and paid to have it delivered. I don’t know how I’m going to show them that they gave me the wrong rx now. Mixing up someone’s antipsychotics is unforgivable and wildly incompetent. Completely outrageous this happened. There is no voicemail or way to leave a message at the pharmacy for urgent matters. I hope this never happens to anyone else !!

The pharmacy did not dispense the correct amount of Amoxicillin for my son. I ran out and needed to give him 3 more doses. They said “there’s no way they could’ve made a mistake because the machine did it”. Please tell me why I ran out then? They showed me how to administer the medicine (10ml twice a day for 10 days). Each syringe holds 5ml. That’s 2 syringes filled to the 5ml mark once in the morning and another at night. Well I ran out! Not sure how they dispense meds, but either the human inputted it wrong or the machine mixed it wrong.

My (former) regular pharmacy was out of a hard to find, critical medication I needed, and if I couldn’t get it, it would put next month’s surgery at risk. After calling several places, I tried the HEB pharmacy on Buffalo Speedway. They had it in stock, my physician sent them the prescription, and it’ll be ready tonight. The man I just spoke with was so nice and helpful. And I didn’t have to sit on hold for more than a minute both times that I called. I’ve decided this will be my new pharmacy.

My curbside order was missing various items but they never reached out to me to say “out of stock” or substitute item. When I got home, I noticed the main ingredients were missing. Called the store and the guy said “oh yeah! Sorry about that. I’ll just reimburse you”Now I have to drive the 20 minutes back to get the items that are sitting on the shelves (still in stock) that the person just didn’t feel like putting in my cart.

CALL BEFORE GOING. It’s so frustrating having to wait for your prescription all because the pharmacist is having conversation about something that has nothing to do with medicine. I stood by waiting for my prescription and couldn’t help but notice that the pharmacist Rhea was so occupied with subjects that had absolutely nothing to do with my prescription. I’m sure I wouldn’t of had to wait so long if she wasn’t so busy with having personal conversations. I’ve had faster and better service at other places. It’s so disappointing that the person I spoke with at the counter was much more professional than the pharmacist herself. If she can’t learn to be a professional pharmacist, I’ve heard podcasting is great for people who love banter. I would NOT tolerate this type of banter especially in a medical “professional” setting. CALL BEFORE YOU GO MAKE SURE SHES NOT WORKING OTHERWISE ITLL TAKE FOREVER!!

I would give -5 stars if i could. The pharmacist who I asked about a possible eye solution for my eye irritation was completely condescending and was acting like i was a complete dumbassnas for asking about a solution for leaving my contacts in for to long. The way she spoke in her tone and body language was very obvious that she not only did not care but also gave me the impression that she thought my problem was idiotic. Why are you in the health care industry as a pharmacist if you deal with people like that. Horrible

Extremely rude pharmacist. Remainder of staff was nice, but she needs a lot more training. Try any pharmacy before this one. I know I'll never set foot in that store again.

I always have to wait when I come, even if I'm the only one there to pick up. There usually are at least 5 people in the back and no one at the counter. Even if you're standing there, they'll look at you then go back to what they're doing, usually without acknowledging you. I went to pick up a prescription and was told it would take 20 mins to fill. I said I'd come back and when I did return the next day was told it was not ready and would take another day. They didn't have an answer for the delay and it was a vital medication that I needed so they said they'd fill it in 10 mins.I sat there in the waiting area to make sure no other issues came up and when it was ready they did not call me. I finally looked above my head at the screen and saw the prescription was ready. They do not make things easy and inconvenience folks.

The pharmacy staff on Buffalo Speedway #599 at the med center needs to be commended. I have only been here once, I am crossing my fingers that my experience is not a fluke but the norm. The moment I walked up to the service window, trifolds of HEB’s policies regarding privacy rights are up there front and center. After a few minutes of discussing medications a line started to grow and my questions required more details to be fully answered . Another staff member called our attention and reminded us to take our conversation to a more private location (it was like clockwork, like a systematic reflex reaction).Your staff member and I discussed a few points about my concerns. In our short conversation he understood what I was looking for. I did not ask that the information be printed. But by printing the documents, I had a lot less questions to ask. As a result, the transaction was a lot more efficient. The attendant picked up the documents from the printer and the documents went straight into my hands via the privacy section.Every step of the process reflected respect for patient privacy rights. The entire interaction, involved perhaps several minutes. For the documents I received I did not hear anybody say, “Send your request to corporate.”This is a stark contrast to several hours of wasted time, with nothing to show at a different HEB location.
