I just love H‑E‑B and I appreciate how they stepped it up with curbside during this pandemic. I know the prices are a little higher when u buy curbside vs going into the store but sometimes when I don't have a lot of time to pick out my foods, I really love and appreciate all the men and women who are my private grocery shoppers. Thank you to H‑E‑B for giving there's young men and women a bonus and a pay raise recently. They do a wonderful job and this is one of the main reasons why I shop EXCLUSIVELY at H‑E‑B. I love the convenience of parking and texting them my parking space number and having them directly put my groceries straight into the trunk for me rain or shine.

I drove 15 mins to get this specific brand and flavor of jello that online said was in stock and there's not even any in the store. FAIL!

I used to really like this one but lately in the past couple months I've been getting expired produce from them over at least six items that I have bought here has been over a year expired

I'm sure I speak for the SouthBelt/Ellington community! As well, My family and I are old customers, first because they always offer fresh food and healthy options! The Store is always stocked up and clean... and the staff is very friendly.... however I would like to ....Thank you so much for everything that you do for this time in crisis! You have been providing marvelous service, support and contribution to our families! The staff offers excellent help at this location! From the entrance to the register! And even parking lot assistants! Always restocking and helping during this Covid season! My family and I are so thankful! Thank you HEB Blackhack! YOU

This store is amazing! It's my go to every time , the cashier I had today on 1/11/2020 was macie ... she's so sweet and super helpful , i literally left with a smile on my way out after beating the crowds in the aisles if everyone were like her that worked customer service the world would be so much easier and a better place!
