If you're from Texas and live in the Houston/San Antonio area then you know H‑E‑B ! One of my families go to grocery store. Staff here is ever wonderful and always ready to help. They have fresh produce, great meat/seafood department, bakery, meals ready to eat! There's a lot of wonderful things here to enjoy if you're ever in Houston or San Antonio I recommend checking out a H‑E-B near you.

Forgot my wallet and asked Pricilla, self check advocate, to please hold my items while I retrieve it. I come back in less than 10 minutes to arrive with all my items put back. She then went on to explain "you had cold items and we can only hold them for 15 minutes. " Good thing I made a phone call to have a time stamp that indicated I had not reached that time limit yet. She then proceeded to say "I think you left" and seemed she was insinuating she put the items back because I wasn't coming back while giggling with her acquaintance. I didn't want to argue so I just asked for a name to include in this statement.Overall terrible customer service, thankfully there's a Target a little further down but the time to get there would be better than dealing with rude and uncaring workers.

I don't know who the manager of this place is but the parking lot is a dump. Trash everywhere. What an incredibly bad experience.

Great place to shop. Look for meal deals they really help when your not sure what to make for dinner. The associates are always nice and helpful. The managers are always on top of when the lines get backed up and open more registers so you're not in a long line or waiting forever.

I love this store, but don’t scan yellow coupons in the store for digital use. Grab the yellow coupons when they are available and scan your app barcode ONLY for digital coupons. I just happened to notice this trip that the app hasn’t been giving me credit for yellow coupons and it’s probably never worked as noted by the service employee. Please fix this glitch, and Thank you for having the best of the best!!

You won't get much "HEB" from the helpers that work here, and their fruit and veg doesn't exactly put the "better" in the Here Everything's Better name. But alas. At least it's Here, fulfilling the Here part. We came here first and "Pharm-most" for the Pharmacy. How to hit on a farm girl: Are you from a Pharmacy? Cause you're the only Farm I see. What? The Chicago Blackhawks don't play here, in fact the only thing you'll do is Pay here, for grocery store items really, as this is an HEB with a whole bunch of businesses inside it. Shiny and new even though it's not as new as I thought, you can come in here to get your brows done, you can do your nails, there's all sorts - even a mobile phone place. The Pharmacy is a little disorganized and clustered by other businesses, but it's a useful facility to have and is better than the Walmart one, that's for sure. This is at the HEB way down on the South Belt and it's not a bad location and will get the job done for you. There are a few issues that I have with the HEB in general, such as parking, but I still come here now and again and will continue to do so when I'm down this way. Getting in and out can be annoying and parking can be tricky and sometimes I think the parking lot doesn't quite serve large crowds that come here especially around rush hour time. My voice dictation said it doesn't serve large Crabs that come here... that too.

Customer service here is the best I really don't care for the pharmacy at this location for I've has several problems with a few pharmacy employees so I switched but outside of that the store employees are super nice & helpful! Aiden helped me load my car today & he did an excellent job - we had a lot of groceries 2 carts full & he went out of his way to help I know this store like the back of my hand I love it here!

This NEGATIVE review goes to the Hispanic girl that was working at the customer service, counter on August 3. Morning. I went there to get two money orders just to get $$100 stolen. I counted my money couple of times before handing to her. I need it to use my card but I didn't notice that I was charge additional $100 on my card!!! Lesson learn!!! How do I prove I gave her what I gave her NO way, Right. I just learn from this mistake and use my check book instead. watch it there!
