Avoid this place like the plague. This place is a circus with clowns ? running it. Put me in door 52 at 7:10 for 8:00 appointment and just called me at 10:24 to say they put me in the wrong door for frozen and want me to move to door 48. This is the second time they done that. The other time I had milk and was put in a frozen door and had to move the fresh side. It’s now 1:06 and was told still breaking down the pallets and it’s going to be a while before it’s done. Finally at 2 pm I can leave prison. The ONLY good people there are the gate personnel.

What a joke. They make you walk 2 to 3 miles and make you pay them to unload you and make you wait for long hours. Sorry place. Nasty rude

Never and parking along the fence, then when you walk your bills up they take all morning to get you signed in. Once signed in and in a door the mailbox process is d**** It would be easier to just put the bills in the back of the trailer. Then they will take about a hour per pallet to unload. So if You got 6 pallets expect to be here a minimum of six hrs. No drivers lounge and no overnight parking. No bar, no restaurant no nothing.

Expect 5 hour unloading for a half truck load. I can't imagine how long they would take for a full trailer.

All I know about this company is their drivers between Baton Rouge and Lafayette are unable to comprehend what “TRUCKS USE RIGHT LANE ONLY” means.

One star but guard shack gets five stars. It’s not their fault the inside is run poorly. Anyways, I arrived 20 minutes before appointment. Nice guards directed me to door and gave me form to complete. Backed into door and broke seal. Put seal in plastic form bag and walked to door 90 where there are two unmarked black mailboxes to drop off paperwork. Waited for call before opening doors, dollying down and disconnecting from trailer. There was one Latino man supervisor walking around attempting to communicate with the other Latino drivers and lumpers and yard guy (who still thinks Covid 19 will get him and will not roll down his windows or remove his mask to speak with you)I didn’t get unload for several hours because there seems to still be mass miscommunication (mi espanol es no bueno) and a labor shortage of felons inside.I’ve delivered to the new GS distribution center across town over by I-45 Richey road and it is so much more organized and better run than this hot mess here on Holcombe.Update: Still sitting here (2 hours) waiting for the call to open my doors. I’m glad I bought from the food truck.Like others have commented, the only thing good here is guard shack ladies and food truck.

Truckers/drivers: For drop n hook, enter the facility and park at the facility. Then WALK your bills to the transport bld located at the corner of Grand blvd and Holcombe and they'll instruct you to drop your load and find an empty. DON'T DRIVE to the transport bldg coz there's not enough space for a tractor/trailer

My experience at this facility was very very bad I have 8 am appointment and I checked in at 7 am and waiting 8 hours to get unloaded for 3 pallets. My advice is if you know you are delivering at this facility when you book the load avoid it.there is no overnight parking.

When you think you've delivered to the worst places, and encountered the dumbest people possible, the guards at the security gate will prove you wrong. Then you get to sit and wait till they get around to unloading you. They got one star, only because I had to, so I could post this...

2 stars only because the ladies at the gate were nice, but it took 6 hours to get 4 pallets unloaded. Every truck I saw was also there forever. Good luck if you need to get in and out, it won't happen.

This place is the worst, the delay is too long. I checked in at 5:30 am, it's 11 am, and I'm still here. I only have to download 4 pallets. I don't recommend it. It's very likely that I'll never come back here again.

I tried calling to get prices to do business with them and I told the young lady it’s my first time calling and if she could let me know what’s the process in ordering and she didn’t help. Transferred me to a line that is disconnected ?POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
