I called to ask questions about services. I spoke who I’m assuming is Lisa. She was very dismissive and hung up in my face.. would give zero stars if I could absolutely unacceptable, especially to a customer who was interested in her services. There are plenty of other grooming services in the area. I would suggest others check them out first.

I asked for something weird & they accommodated me and gave my dog the funny hair cut per my request. I appreciated that a lot. I really felt listened to. We took the dog back there for a more normal hair cut too. They did a good job. They are professional with confirming the appointment + calling when the dog is done.

We brought our family dog today to Grooming By Lisa for the full grooming package. We are once again thrilled by the results. They do a great job. They keep a record of how much to cut, so we know how he will look when we pick him up.

I sent Lisa a message on information to groom my puppy and all she wrote back was she's "unable to service". I later found out she discriminates against pit bulls and is only "unable to service" certain dogs. I would never trust this lady with my dog, you would think as a dog groomer you would love all dogs. Apparently Lisa doesn't. This is wrong on so many levels I have no idea how anyone could take their dogs to you.

The grooming of my dogs was beautiful, but the owner and staff are Rude and unfriendly. I was told my dogs could not come back anymore because the barked to much. They have anxiety when separated from eachother..I thought this was a very weird reason for mydogs not to be welcome back, as they get groomed about every 8 weeks.

Lisa did a great job with my little guy who hates meeting strangers. He was very relaxed and happy when I picked him up and his cut was just as requested, including a nail trim. Since it was my first time, I didn't immediately notice there is a bell on the door. Don't just stand there like I did! :)

Definitely recommend! One of my dogs is very vocal and they are always so kind about his barking. My dogs also don't like being left and they are very sweet when taking them back. When I pick my babies up they are always happy and never seem scared. I appreciate that I'm always asked what I would like each time in case I want to switch it up. I usually just say the same and get a consistent outcome. My biggest thing is I trust them to treat my dogs with care. That is invaluable to me. Plus there is the CUTEST cat that hangs out up front to brighten your day.

Omg I love this place! I took all three of my frenchies here. They were so happy when I picked them up. Smelling so fresh and so clean. This place is great. I will definitely be bringing my babies here on a routine basis. The people working here are so friendly and handled my babies with love and care. If your looking for a place for your dog this is it. I was even over paying somewhere else and was not satisfied with them. This is the place. Thank you so much!!!
