It’s the name I write on my rent check while living in Menil property. This is not a charity, it’s a tax shelter for a thriving real estate business. Just got evicted from my home because they didn’t like my tone when I brought up issues that need to be addressed. Will email anyone the entire email thread so they can judge for themselves. Being a good tenant means nothing to incompetent managementUpdate: the issues that I brought up was a dripping leak from the return air vents when it rained. About 6 months after they asked me to leave the ceiling collapsed. I am so glad that I was rudely asked to leave. I was angry as heck but this was a blessing in disguise. I feel bad for my former neighbors. Their stuff was ruined and they suffered for weeks because of an arrogant and inconsiderate manager. I hope they don’t suffer long term health effect from a wet and possible moldy environment. For the sake of my neighbors, I should have called the mayor’s hotline about post Harvey issues with landlords.

So very thankful to the Greater Houston Community Foundation for stepping up and supporting the City of Houston during Hurricane Harvey. The entire team has worked tirelessly, with the support of the advisor board, to making sure direct service organizations serving the community received funds to help those in need. Can't thank you enough!

My credit information was compromised after a donation and the info was used to make a purchase at a local store in the Houston area. I contacted the organization, they have not responded.
