I brought my daughter in today to get her bangs/hair trimmed and the woman who cut my daughter's bangs had a look on her face like she didn't want to be there and was not welcoming at all. I noticed she was being a little rough and when we were on the way home, my daughter said she kept moving her face around because the woman had the blow dryer on high heat when she was blow drying her bangs. I didn't have her trim my daughter's hair after all because she had an attitude when I asked her to cut her bangs a little more.

Horrible customer service! Walked in 1hr &15 mins for a simple wash and blow dry for my child. 3 staff workers debated on who’s going to do the service then turn around and say they can’t’! Will never come to this location again!

My haircut came out really good.I haven't been there in about 2 years but this time I was very impressed with my haircut.I forgot to get the name of the lady who cut my hair.I plan to return back to that location in the future.

Ask for a high arch Bob I understand my hair is not thick but I've had high arch bobs before. I had one slightly shorter hair on 1 side of my front of my face instead of leaving it that way and giving me the style that I asked for she decided to even out the rest of my hair with that 1 short hair. Giving me a straight short Bob. What's done is done and now my hair is cut off. But I left the salon crying. This is what I was supposed to get and this is what I got. The last time the stylist Cynthia chop my daughter hair but I figured it had been years and I'm a adult so wouldn't be a problem...guess not. If you don't know how to do a style be honest with your clients not botch their hair ?? never coming back again. The one person who ever did my hair there was the manager that left.... never ever again. My poor hair!!
