My husband has been using their wash and fold for more than ten years with no complaints. And when I go in to wash a comforter or throw something in their dryers they are always kind and friendly.

I visited the property as a respective customer new to the area. The laundry attendant was rude and not friendly. The place is old, dirty, most of the machines don't work, the ac doesn't work and the customer service is poor. This up and coming neighborhood deserves a customer service and friendly laundrymat.

CLOSED. ON. SUNDAY. Montrose already doesn't have a whole lot of washaterias (Welch/McDuffie one closed its doors after declining for years) so a place like this should be open 7 days a week.

I showed up on Saturday at 10:50am, and the attendant told me no dryers would be available for several hours, due to in-house laundry, so she suggested I go elsewhere.

Expensive then they have tape on the $2 machines, so you can't use them cause supposedly none of them work. So you have to use the big washing machines, which are $3.75 anywhere else for the same washer I've paid $2.50. It's a scam they have the washer's that are $2.00 unplugged...Most of the dryers say out of order yet the lady that works there was using them ??♀️ Good luck if you go there is all I'm saying...

WASH & FOLD: I love this place! I’ve been using their wash & fold service on and off for 3+ years. I’ve never had a bad experience. Always very happy from beginning to end. Prices are great and quick turn around too.DRYING CLEANING: used a handful of times for big/awkward items…curtains, heavy bedspreads, etc. very happy. No complaints!At check out you can leave a tip which I think is appropriate and deserved.

none of the washer or dryers are available due to the workers/owners using all of them or being out of service. employees/owners are extremely rude and careles. place looks NOTHING like the pictures

most of machines are broken avoid this location at all costs, Black Hole next door is great but still doesn't make it a worthy place to try to do laundry

I just arrived at 4:15 pm to wash only two bed covers and the lady says that it can only be washed until 4 pm because she leaves at 6 pm, I suggest placing a notice that says it can only be washed from 9-4 pm, Monday to Friday, where is the quality of service? Why the lady who answered me with such a blunt tone that the boss knows that she allows washing until 4pm. that differentiates the treatment of the public from the lady who works on weekends to the lady who works during the week. The lady doesn't even say hello when you arrive, she only answers you if you come to drop off, luckily there are other laundromats open late.
