Stay away from this hotel. It doesn’t deserve any star. Rude and unhelpful staff. No towels. Doesn’t clean room every day even if you ask to. Looks like a motel. Dirty rooms , creepy elevators. Really don’t you even think stay there. It’s not a 4 star hotel. Looks more like a days inn or motel 6

This is now a Hilton Property, and it's terrible! First, this property was certainly not up to the Hilton standard that I have expect and respect. Though Hilton advertised this property as new (which is the only reason I chose it), this is a very property that Hilton must have purchased. In fact, the old hotel name is still listed on the property. This hotel is in disrepair and the furniture is old and outdated. To be honest, the hotel really gave me Motel 6 vibes. The folks on my floor woke us up at 2 am with fighting and cursing that lasted close to 30 minutes. I had a hard time getting in contact with the front desk to take care of it. The ceilings and floors look awful and the elevator needs work too. Again, I booked this property because Hilton claimed it to be a new but it absolutely is not new. Hilton missed the mark on this false advertisement!I'll have to think again about trying a "new" Hilton property.

The smell in the lobby is unlike anything I've ever smelled. You'd think you were at a super 8 or motel 6 (no offense to them). The rooms smelled, the air conditioning smelled like someone sneezed in it. There was no hot water. By far the worst hotel experience I've ever had, especially for the cost. It looks amazing but unfortunately that's about it. Don't waste your time.

This has become one of my FAVORITE hotels. The staff is excellent. The rooms are ok except for not having a fridge and microwave. The pool area is BEAUTIFUL and the entire lobby area brings a sense of elegance and nostalgia to the atmosphere. This is my second stay exactly a year apart after some heart procedures and I'm as impressed This time as I was previously. I do prefer the king room now and upon my yearly return next year I'll be sure I get it again. You do have a little rif raft that stays on occasion but if you notify the front desk they handle the issue IMMEDIATELY. I can't say enough about the beauty of this hotel and it's amazing front desk ❤️ Kevin and Melanie can't wait to see you guys again ❤️

This place was great. Didn't smell, lobby was beautiful, just as a lot of reviews stated. My room was great. I didn't have any issues with it. The only negative I would say, and it's not even a major one really, but the lotion wasn't refilled. You could tell it was used. But other than that, I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others I know coming to Houston to visit.

Horrible stay. First you have to pay to park which is ridiculous especially for the area that it's in. Are you walking to the hotel the lobby is beautiful. And that's all I have to say that was good. We didn't have any towels in our room we first got there. And when we ask they only sent us two towel. The room itself was just okay I've been in better rooms for way cheaper. But I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Okay so the people stating 5 out of 5.... Big No!!! I only gave 2 stars because Kevin at the front desk was absolutely amazing and I can't remember the bartender but so was he. Okay so let's talk about the lobby beautiful absolutely gorgeous but then there is the room. The sheets were disgusting, not clean. There were contact lens... CONTACT LENS ON THE WALL. There was smudges on the windows the front desk lady upon check in said they don't do room service (so they don't clean the room until you leave.... if that ) we had to leave our towels on the floor outside the room. The pool was cold and nasty the chairs have water marks of dirt on them because the bottom half sits in the chlorine. The AC gave off a smell and the room smelled like mildew. I definitely would not recommend you staying here at all. Overall they need lots of improvements. Also the lady that's supposed to stay at the front desk during her shift was never at the front desk when I called or went downstairs.

5/5?? Those ppl must be PAID to write a review. PLEASE I REPEAT do not book a room here. Do not be mislead by old pictures. It’s a facade to present itself as luxury & it’s far from it. You get distracted by the nice chandelier, an outdated pictures online. From bed bugs to a disgusting pool. The entire experience was horrid. The front desk woman was extremely rude. I called front desk letting them know we had guest arriving, she stated it would be an additional $20 a person to swim. Her words verbatim “We normally charge more but I can do $20 cash for you.“ Although it didn’t seem like she was doing us a favor it seemed sketchy. She changed her name multiple times as well (Emma to Samantha). I saw her in person multiple times that day and i know her voice. She sated I don’t give my name over the phone. Kevin was the only delightful person there. Nice guy. The breakfast was mediocre and quite sad honestly. We were brought dirty towels. I went downstairs to change them I was giving more attitude. Upon arrival you will be charged for parking, additional guest for the pool, and the breakfast. I don’t mind the cost it’s the experience. We decided to cancel the remaining nights and went to the Holiday Inn Downtown which was incredible. Don’t waste your time here. Please take my advice. You’re better off at a Motel 6 unfortunately, it’ll be cleaner at least.

The resort appears to be a nice, well-appointed, and modern space. Unfortunately, this is not the case once you leave the lobby. The rooms are dingy, the floors stained, and housekeeping's level of detail subpar at best. Upon my arrival, I passed strange stains in the hallway. In my room, I found sticky substances on the table tops, stains on the floors, and random hairs on towels in the bathroom. I asked for housekeeping to do another sweep of my room, and they did with very few improvements. I also came across a roach (I do have photo evidence of this) the day that I checked out. My visit was extremely short thankfully. My recommendation would be to stay somewhere else for the same money and a better level of cleanliness.

I was super scared to stay at this hotel because of all of the negative reviews I read. I’m so glad I didn’t let that stop me. I stayed there in April of 2022 and I’m staying here again when I go back in December. Price was very affordable, staff was super nice and helpful, bed was comfortable, water pressure in the shower was great, the room was nice and clean. I didn’t get a chance to eat at there or get in the pool. The pool could have been a little cleaner, but the pool area was really nice. They do hold a $100 deposit at check in but you get that back a few days after checking out. It’s also $10 a day for parking. My overall stay was great I’m definitely going back.

The experience starts off shaky with charge for parking. And trash all over the parking lot.Lobby is absolutely stunning. Pool area looks awesome, from a distance! Trash everywhere, I understand this is disrespectful guests. But grass was growing in the grout of the pool are so grounds keeping is lacking. The rooms and hallways are clean and well decorated. This hotel has so much potential but I didn't feel like I was at a 4 star place.

Roaches and ants! No refrigerator or microwave. You have to pay for parking before you even check in extremely weird and unusual for a hotel. Nothing can get charged to room. It looks like a fake Vegas style hotel designed by a child who has no clue what luxury is. Wouldn’t recommend tbh. Staff wasn’t the best either. Two strangers came into my room on the first night. I have no clue how they key worked for my room. They have no hand towels.

Great rooms and customer service. You have to ask for a room with a fridge. Pool has a great view and it's very spacious. Parking isn't included with being a guest it's ten dollars a day .Check in was fast .

My family had a reunion event at the hotel this weekend and everything was wonderful! The staff was great! The food was excellent and the setup exceeded expectations! Marshall, Robert and Matthew ensured a smoothly run event and were very accommodating to last minute changes. The decor was elegant and everything was arranged in a timely manner. The front desk staff was courteous and efficient. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Appropriately sized for our group. I would book again at this hotel for an event and a wonderful stay!

Disappointed with this place. Very poor hospitality. There was neither a refrigerator nor a microwave in our room. Not to mention any water - that’s basic hospitality requirement! Other hotels (even motels) offer this to their guests. As a guest, I felt ripped off. Guests usually don’t have to pay for a parking pass but they make you pay for parking. The most disappointing thing of all is that they have been answering bad reviews on here for over three years and it seems like they have not changed a thing.I’m saying this for the good of y’all’s business. It’s bad for your business to be ripping people off like this and then expect excellent reviews.
